PortMiami, the city's seaport, is the busiest cruise port in the world in both passenger traffic and cruise lines. The Miami metropolitan area is the second-most visited city or metropolitan statistical area in the U.S. after New York City, with over 4 million visitors as of 2022. Miami has sometimes been called the "Gateway to Latin America" because of the magnitude of its commercial and cultural ties to the region. I was in Miami around early 2000s maybe 2002, i don't recall looking so clean and developed. Its like the whole city was redeveloped with new skyscrapers now. What year did it start to change. It looks amazing now. In some ways it doesn't look like the states and more abroad looking.

Thanks for posting this cool video of driving in Miami!☺ I was going to do a road trip one day where I drive and stop to take pictures at places where The Bee Gees went/ recorded their albums! The only bee gee alive, Barry Gibb, has lived there since the late 1970s. Do you remember what time of day you took this video and if it was on a weekday or weekend? Im curious about the best and worst traffic patterns in miami. Thank you!☺
What you plan on doing sounds so cool! I had no idea there was just one BeeGee alive and he lives in Miami. The video was filmed on a Tuesday in late March around 1 o'clock or so. Good luck on your endeavor!

I don't know anything about the driving rules in MIAMI but in my Country (Latvia 🇱🇻) U would be automatically fined!
