The Citadel DLC hands down was best salute in gaming history
It wasn't as good as the citadel dlc but I like the movie night in andromeda
in gaming history? don't over do it.
@@dizzygunner so your that guy
@@dizzygunner Trust me you're not that guy.
Salute... apology... tumato, toemato.
It is funny on it’s own but still what Shepard said is true - he/she and many people owe Joker their lives. If Joker wouldn’t be as skilled pilot then the Normandy crew would die and everyone could say bye bye to victory over Reapers
And if Joker hadn't acted crazy in start of ME2, Shepard wouldn't have died the first time.
And that my friend, is also true :D
And Joker was the one who dealt the final blow to the Sovereign.
The weird thing is that the abbreviation for the dialogue option says "Joker's telling the truth" instead of something like "Support the Joker". Shepard did not confirm the Joker's story, but told the truth about him.
@@arhangeo But, if he hadn't died, he never would have got upgraded by Cereberus, and gotten the chance to stop the collectors.
We know the Council and/or Alliance were just having them chase Geth around, so likely that would have continued
shit, everyone would be dead if Joker wasn't the pilot in ME1 as well
not many others could have pulled off that drop on Ilos with the Mako
"It's joking time" The ridiculousness of this dlc just makes me grin the whole way through.
Don't forget, the mercs fighting them in and out of the ship sounds like the RvB
He joked all over those guys
My favourite part of ME3 was when Joker said "it's joking time" and then he joked all over those guys
If you close your eyes it sounds like a robot chicken sketch 😂
Because Joker is voiced by Seth Green, who created robot chicken and does a lot of the voice acting
@@a668bty Yes, that was the point
@@lxfenix my bad
I’m legitimately surprised robot chicken is never parodied Mass Effect
Yeah it really does
My favorite moment was when Joker said "it's joking time!" And joked all over the bad guys.
Years have gone by and I did not know that this scene was in the game.
Do you know about the one with Wrex and the ice?
@Tina Neumeier I've played ME3 with Citadel 20 times and never seen this one either.
@Tina Neumeier Yeah I figured. Citadel is just so rich in those little interactions that I must have missed that one by accident. Well, YT to the rescue I guess.
Wrex and the ice takes place in the casino upstairs bar. Same place as Joker, and the Ashley Star Wars cantina scene.
The unmarked conversations are real easy to miss.
The pilot that somehow maneuvered the Normandy through the Omega-4 relay and back again all in one piece deserves a free drink or two.
Not quite in one piece. They did have to put it back together while Shep was killing Collectors, and there were those big holes in the cargo bay.
@@shadowx3benz117 Still Flight worthy. Banged-up, but worthy!
@@shadowx3benz117 semantics!
@@shadowx3benz117 Any landing you can walk away from is successful. Any landing you can fly away from is amazing.
I still get angry at the fact his mech had auto firing unlimited rockets. Every single mech I commandeered I had to wait between rockets and they alternated arms
It was a special model that Cerberus had commissioned in case they needed the extra "cool" factor of LOTS OF ROCKETS. Joker just happened to come across it. Lucky him!
Well Joker is a crack pilot. I am pretty sure he could make that Atlas actually dance.
I mean... Joker is a pilot. I'm pretty certain he would pull out more stunts from a mech than Shepard.
Citadel DLC the best ME dlc and close contender for best DLC in gaming. It has everything, good jokes, good combat, good story, good mini games, and is incredibly wholesome and emotional. Thane's funeral is done so well & FemShep's romance is heartbreaking.
I’m commander Shepard and this is my favourite channel on RUclips.
You are not Shepard.
@@grunt7917 Grunt.
@@wrex6373 Wrex!
@@grunt7917 *KHAAAAAN!*
@@wrex6373 KORBAL!
Not my favorite, but still good. My favorite is the conversation between Edi and Traynor regarding Traynor's obsession with Edi's voice - Tali trying to change the subject to cheese - all hysterical IMO.
Good old Samantha.
My favorite conversation will have be with both Krogan Wrex and Grunt
Shaeogorath approves
Grunt in the shower.
Indeed! That was so funny.
This is a great part, but I find the grunt interaction with c-sec and Shep way better lol
I kind of have to agree with this one.
Did you like the noodles?
Weirdly enough one of my favorite scenes is when Shephard finds out they threw out his hamster. That was so frickin funny! 🤣
So this is the reason why joker didn’t want to leave Shepard on the citadel
Seth Green is a hell of a voice actor.
did you remmeber the time where if you joke around EDI he'll laugh for like 3mins straight?
I thought my game had a bug
Yeah Citadel dlc I believe.
What would’ve been the cherry on top is if Joker said “Say hello to my little friend!”
When Joker refuses to dance with EDI and Shepard offers to replace him, Joker laughs for a minute straight.
This feels like Fanfiction and in the best way imaginable!!!
How have I replayed this game for years and never seen this... wtf
Welp, time to reinstall and replay
Jeff Moreau, hero of the citadel.
But seriously, the fact that a guy with Vrolik syndrome was physically capable of climbing inside that atlas is impressive on its own. That is, it would be if this actually happened.
Yea, but once inside? I can see him whipping a entire battalion of Cerberus flunkies. He IS a very good pilot, after all
@@KlavierMenn I doubt piloting an Atlas and piloting the Normandy are the same.
@@matthewslates I see the haptic interfaces on both. they might be similar for standardization purposes... or cerberus just ripped off the software and used them on the Atlases.
@@KlavierMenn even if the control schemes are similar, both vehicles probably feel drastically different when in motion. An Atlas is slow and cumbersome. The Normandy would pull several G's.
@@matthewslates True. not to mention that the shaking of the mech itself could break some bones (Unless the mech is properly cushioned. They are? IDK)
Shepard: He's lying, but he's the best damn pilot in the alliance, hell he's the the best in the galaxy. Any other pilot could fly the Normandy, but he makes her dance and sing in ways no one else could even dream of. He has performed impossible maneuvers with that ship without breaking a sweat. He dropped me and a small team in a mako on Ilois down an incredibly steep and narrow path, anyone else would have crashed. He's the only pilot to make it through the omega four relay and back. Everyone who has ever set foot on the Normandy would be dead if not for joker. He is one of my best, closest, and oldest friends. If anyone deserves a few free drinks it's him
Dishonor to everyones house and cow, who is not supporting our man in the cockpit, Jeff "my name isn't Mark" aka "Joker" Moreau.
I just played this DLC yesterday and I was dying of laughter when I decided to vouch for Joker xD
I am glad I found this on my first playtrough since I easily got lost.
Joker should be in the next Blasto vid
"This is all Joker's fault! What a tool he was! I have to spend all day computing pi because he plugged in the Overlord!"
I always look forward to this meeting from the DLC. Always.
You know my problem is that Joker and the Normandy never really have any moments in ME3. Just landing you on Earth. You don't even see the Thanix cannon fire.
In fact I have never seen that somebody refuses to vouch for Joker.
The Wilhelm scream would've been perfect with that robo smack
Island of Doctor Me 😂😂😂
It's Joking time >:)
You can hear Chris Griffin when he's doing the Cerberus soldier impression
Wait what the actual Hell...i ve never had that cutscene on my DLC playtroughs
The island of Dr me" lmao
I somehow missed this scene. Looks like I'm going to have to play it again. Also love how Seth Green also voices the Cerberus goons in this.
The Island of Doctor Me, HFS that's the best part
Whether you're Paragon or a Renegade, don't be a dick to Joker. He's the one that pilots you into battle :D He's awesome!
I need to know what happens if Shepard says, "That's not what happened."
Everyone gets sad, especially Joker. So such a choice is inconceivable, reality won't allow it.
@@danielharvison7510 when I get there, I plan to use that option.
Wow something I don’t remember from Mass Effect! I’m gonna have to put the game back in now. Sweet
Already watched *so many times,* but eh, I'll take this in stride, it truly is really memorable and extremely funny.
I’d more so mention doing the killing blow on sovereign if I were in his position.
2:00 "will lie out of my ass to scam you out of a drink I should have paid for"
The single "plink" got me
Now that's the "killing joke"
My favorite robot chicken skit
Shepard: *Paragon speech*
Joker: *:O*
It's definitely something out of Robot Chicken.
*_What's the Renegade version?_*
I imagine Shepard tells an even crazier story...
Oh thank God! I wasn't the only one that thought/imagined this 😆😂
Definitely a scene that belongs in Robot Chicken XD
I like Grunt encounter more (especially "tried to lower me down the side of the building on the rope, it didn't work out", and then Grunt going WHOOOOAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaa..... 🤣) but this is my number two 😃 1:18 gets me every single time 😂
Joker doing the voices of the cerberus soldiers makes me spit my drink every time.
LMAO I don't think I've ever seen this before.
My two favorties scenes with Citadel:
1 - FemShep dance with Garrus;
2 - The toothbrush to open the Normandy XD
what the actual fuck how have i not seen this?!?
Iv played mass effect 3 so many times and iv never seen this before
Yeah in every playthru i always have Jokers back
Without Joker as pilot Shepard could have died since the first game
It's not only the funniest scene in the citadel dlc it's the funniest scene in the entire trilogy xD
FemShep & Garrus' dance is also worth mentioning
It's Jokin' Time!
Joker didn't need to make up the story, he has more than enough non classified missions that he can get respect.
But those wouldn't get his drinks comped.
@@Bateluer but those would have been supported by Shepard, he doesn't need to make up stories.
The first time I watched that scene I was like “Yeah, that’s the story I’d expect Joker to come up with.” 😂
Bruh. Even pyjacks tells better stories.
It’s Joking Time
joker is one of my favorite characters
how do I trigger this?!?!?! I need to know
How in GOD'S name have I played this so many times and yet have never seen this?! 🤣 Fricken' legendary.
This is why ME3 is the best in the trilogy
My favorite moment from mass effect 3 was when joker said "it's jokin time" then killed all those soldiers
And they were roommates
To be honest the thing that Joker actually did in the series is far more amasing then his wild story with that mech.
Just switch that Atlas with the Normandy and boom - true story.
My favorite is still Grunt escaping the hospital!
I love this so much, when i first watched it i could not stop laughing😅
Probably one of the best and the funniest DLCs ever in a game. They just gave the creators free reins and told them to do what they wanted and that's how we got this gem.
Holy Crap!
This was actually in the game? ^_^
Did you have to do anything special to get this 'cut scene'? (haven't seen it myself)
honestly javik's my favorite
Am I the only one that thinks there should have been an option of saying that there should have been a dialog option that said something along the lines of "that didn't happen, he did kill sovereign though" (I'm not sure if they already have that, so anyone that knows is welcome to correct me). There could be all sorts of reactions, like "oh, I lost my bond mate in that attack, but she was an evil b!+ch" or "I lost my old business in that attack, but I ensured it for more than what it was worth" then she could want to get freaky with him, in which he recoils in fear and mentions his vrolic syndrome and then she just comps his drink. You could also have Shepard go into his own little theatrical retelling of the citadel battle that could be just as crazy or more than Joker's
You'd think telling the truth about his real exploits would get at least one free drink (piloting Shepard everywhere so he can save everyone, taking shots on Sovereign). But then again, she probably still wouldn't believe him, and we would not have "It's joking time!!" as a line. This cutscene is just the best! Shepard enabling it is just the cherry on the cake!
I always support Joker cause how could I not? He is a hero just not everyone sees it. I mean how do we know he didn’t do that in the docking bay after we left?
I bet Joker actually did this but he embellished parts, like how the mech's reload time is actually good.
8 yearold me playing with star wars legos
I have never seen this before 😂
How did I miss this scene? :(
Mass effect, robot chicken edition 😂
Varicc pulled the same shit in inquisition
1:21 ¿Referencia a Metal Slug?
I mean if I had to face the best Alliance Navy pilot in the galaxy ( who drives the Normandy by the way! ), and I had to face him while he is in a atlas, yeah I too would be scared😂! I mean think about it, he flys the Normandy, what you think he can do in a Atlas mech?
Seth Green at his finest lol
I would believe Joker. His story wasn't that bad
I found out about Wrex having his own popup in The Citadel DLC about four years ago and have never been able to make him trigger. NOW I FIND OUT JOKER HAS HIS OWN?!?!? Who else has popups that I've missed?!
Just a few weeks ago I found out my brother didn´t play Citadel DLC. I sent him a link to this scene with the message "This is what you can expect, but also a lot of action. And for the love of God, don´t romance Tali if you´re gonna play this." I should ask him if he has played it yet.
Big call. I think the funniest scenes are grunt and krogan but this is pretty funny the first few times
Renegade or Paragon side with Joker cause it is a great story
Where is Halfad?
Mass effect andromeda graphics are great but mass effect legendary edition has a great story line and some of the crucial dialogues are interconnected thought the game and citadel DLC is best DLC for mass effect ending and Joker character is a funny character thanks to bioware developers for not killing joker character.
TINK 🔫 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I cant decide whats funnyer - this or Grunt's story
Also i think this is a nod to a "theory" way back when ME2 ended. Alot of people were trolling that if everyone died (including Shepard) then we would play as Joker in ME3
To me Grunts story is just perfect
Hey what I've never seen this
