I grew up in Tennessee, and ever since I first saw Leslie Jordan ,I loved him. There was nothing about him that I didn't Love. When I commented on his RUclips channel ,I called him Honey Child. He understood that name because he was a Tennessee fella. I miss him so much. Thank you, Steve, for doing this . Peace and Love my friend ❤️
His friends and fellow actors spoke about him for over an hour. I wish I could’ve included all of their tributes but this video would’ve been a full length movie lol. 😄👍
What a lovely tribute to Leslie Jordan. He was such a cutie pie to me. I loved him as both an actor and comedian. Thanks for bringing us along Steve. ♥️👍
Hi Steve . Nice vlog of his star ceremony. He definitely deserved it . He was very sweet and funny . Had great timing . RiP Leslie Jordan. Thanks Steve . Deborah 🇨🇦
WOW! One year already! What a hilarious guy! If you haven't seen the movies Sordid Lives and Southern Baptist Sissies, you just have to!! I've also had the pleasure of meeting Del Shores and he was very nice and very funny! Best of all, I have one of Leslie's cameo videos that I got as a Christmas present a few years ago. Thanks for this Steve!!! Despite the heat, I'm glad you were there for us!
Hi Stephen, yes I’ve seen all of his movies, but I haven’t heard of his cameo video. I will have to check into that. I fell in love with him long before he was on Will and Grace, because of his movies. Thanks for sharing with us. 😄👍
Oh wow...this is such a fitting tribute. One year!?! Does not seem possible. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with Mr Jordan when he performed at a couple of gay cruises. He was so sweet, kind, and hilarious. Thanks for the lovely video, Steve.
Rest In Paradise. God Bless you and Thank you for your light, humor, and optimism. You help the world in so many difficult times including a global pandemic. Thank you for the joy and laughter- Thank you so much for the video and your time in the hot sun.
Miss him. What a great humble talented fun loyal person. This is a great moment and someone is looking down and has the proudest of hearts ever, Mr Jordan.Thank you for sharing this moment.
Thank you so much Steve for standing in that heat to bring us this video. I loved Leslie Jordan...he could always put a smile on my face. Wished he could have been honored with that star before he passed.
I absolutely loved Leslie Jordan from the first time I saw him! He was so terrific in Sordid Lives that I resorted to calling my pug, Georgie, Brother Boy every chance I got~ And he answered!! 😂
Leslie was always ready to find humor in everything and loved Palm Springs. Remember seeing him in Southern Baptist Sissies and his own On the Pink Carpet at the Annenberg in Palm Springs. Will and Grace, of course. Thankful for him though during the global health emergency and his daily vlogs. Such a treasure. Glad that Palm Springs honored him. And couldn't you just love everyone who took their time to kneel by the star. ❤Palm Springs!
I am envious Michael. I never saw him live. That would’ve been awesome. They were pretty far away from the camera, but most of the people standing and kneeling at his star were his friends and fellow actors. It was a pretty special moment. 😄👍
Thanks so much for sharing this with us, baby! Yes - Leslie was the BEST... and so are all my fellow friends and family in Palm Springs. I love how we constantly come together as a community to create a better life for us all in the desert! See ya in a few weeks at PSP Pride!!! xoxo

WELL, WELL, WELL ! Who doesn't love Leslie Jordan? Anyone without a heart I say! All accolades he still receives, he thoroughly deserves and I'm still really bummed that he died, I hate that he died 😪. Thank you for uploading this, Steve.
I loved this man. I mean everything that he did was wonderful. He was so kind, funny and lovable. I cried so much when he died. I still cry thinking about never seeing him again. It is true that I don't think that he would want us to be sad but I can't help it. Love to you both.
Thank you for getting video of this! My husband and I are going to be in town, for pride, but really wanted to see his induction. So, thank you so much! I loved Leslie, for years. During the pandemic, he was the laughter that I needed on hard days. I will forever be one of his “hunker downers.” 😂✨❤️ Again, thanks for sharing. I cannot wait to land in Palm Springs and enjoy a week at home. Whenever I watch your videos, I feel at home. Thank you for that. After our grandson is grown, we’re gonna move back to the valley. That will be in about 10 to 12 years.
Thnk you so much for covering this tribute to Leslie. It was such a thoughtfully executed event. To hear his own words in his own voice was so touching. Thank you, my friend. Blessings - Judith 🎵🎭😊

I loved him on Designing Women.
Thank you Steve, I didn't recognize this channel at first did you change the name?
He's changed the name about 300 times. I need therapy every time I look for this channel. It has another name. 🤪 😜 😆 🤣 😂 😹
Yes, I did change the channel name. One day I will get it right. Hopefully! 😂
