Funfair season starts in February/March not October! Smaller family fairs need support, very well turning up to the biggest fairs in the country but some of us do the small family fairs week in, Week out. Not a dig as you are not really a fair channel but just letting your audience know that fairs take place locally every single weekend so please go and support the smaller events also.

Of course there’s funfairs all year, many of them are great. However for us we prefer the atmosphere of the big fairs at this time of year! We look forward to Goose and Hull every year 😍

As I've mentioned over the years of following you guys, Goose fair holds some very precious family memories for me from a very young age and also getting lost from my father for the first time at a fair and getting scared by mr blobby age 6 😅

These fairs in England are amazing. We don’t have anything close to this where I live. We have Hershey Park, but our street fairs are nothing on this level.

As someone from Nottingham I felt that goose fair was a big let down now as many thrill rides as usual alot of repetitive rides
Agree, I used to live in Nottingham. The Goose Fair used have some really unique rides. Unfortunately, most of the unique rides have now left the country. Real shame, it’s all dodgems, Miamis, waltzers, sizzlers and Jump and shouts now.
There’s so many repeat rides, however we still love the vibe!
I remember as a child many moons ago going on a ride similar to New York New York. It only went forward fast and then a cover drops over you so you're in the dark. Anyone else remember that

Since January 2018 it is not legal to make a surcharge in uk for card payments for goods or services.
The only exception being for corporate payments.

The Crazy Bulls is one my favourite fair rides very funny indeed then the dodgems also the classic cake walk, I'm not going this year as I want a year off going this year but great Vlog Shaun and Charlotte

does the UK have a single company or do they have their own people that own rides like here in the US there is companies that have their own carnival companies.
In the UK the people who run funfairs are known as showmen most rides and fairs are owned and operated by familys or individuals although you do get company's aswell who own and hire out rides
It’s a mix between individuals and companies!

Never seem to make the Goose fair as Hull fair is a bit closer and the dates clash. Just back from Oktoberfest where I finally rode Olympia Looping. Loads of great rides including a break dance. You should go one year.
Would love to visit Oktoberfest one year!
