Ed and Lorraine Warren are actually real people and well-known Paranormal Experts, the doll in the beginning actually exists but in the movie it is porcelain whereas in reality, it's a raggedy ann doll. Although The Conjuring series says it is "based on a true story" that is because the events actually happened but for the sake of Hollywood a lot of it was very exaggerated.
Honestly I don’t know what to believe when it comes to this story but it has even been said that when Lorraine gave them the story the producers dialed it down because they thought it was too extreme for a Hollywood movie.
17:31 fun fact: the real Lorraine Warren was actually in the audience, the camera doesn't show her but in the Behind The Scenes footage maybe before or after the shoot she gave a little lecture about INFESTATION, OPPRESSION, POSSESSION.
Well there are 7 more films In this franchise 😉. They all interconnect. Great universe. . I’d love to see your reactions to them! 1: The Conjuring (2013) 2: Annabelle (2014) 3: The Conjuring 2 (2016) 4: Annabelle Creation (2017) 5: The Nun (2018) 6: The Curse of La Llorona (2019) 7: Annabelle Comes Home (2019) 8: The Conjuring, The Devil Made Me Do It (2021) Three of these films are directly related to Ed’s and Lorraines real life case files. Which are the the three conjuring films. 1: The Perron family (The Conjuring 1), 2: The Hodgson family (The Conjuring 2) 3: David Glatzel/ Arne Johnson (*The Devil Made Me Do It). Annabelle is indeed a real doll being held in the actual real Warren artifact room. Though the stories portrayed in the three Annabelle films are fictional. It’s still a real doll (A Raggedy Anne doll) Like I said, it’s an amazing universe and One of my favorites. I think it would be something you’d definitely enjoy!
I’ve seen this movie so many times and I never realized that the original Lorraine Warren had a cameo in the classroom scene when they were giving the explanation of the different stages of demonic possession.
😂😂😂 I haven’t been able to watch your other uploads cause a lot of those movies I haven’t seen yet! But this was a great reaction 😂 gotta do more horror movies! Also… congrats on almost getting 10k you are growing fast 💨 well deserved
Everyone I have seen doing reactions have all said “THE DOG KNOWS!” when she refuse to enter the house so how the owners didn’t know something was up is beyond me xD
It’s 1971 people didn’t know shit about stuff like that. They didn’t know that dogs and cats can sense certain things. Did you know that cats and dogs can sniff out cancer? Or low blood sugar? Or an incoming panic attack? Or a seizure before it happens? That cats can sense weather changes? And that their purring can heal you physically? Like bones and such? Probably not. So how the f*ck do you expect people in the 70‘ to know that dogs can sense ghosts? Also most of the time their behavior has nothing to do with ghosts or demons.
In real life the warrens were kicked out after the wife was thrown across the room and the husband punching Ed in the face. The conjuring house is still haunted to this day.
Also referring back to you asking "Why does the clock always say 3:07?" it's because 3am is known as 'The Devil Hour.' This is because The Divine Trinity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit is synonymous with number 3. Therefore, it is believed that the devils, witches and negative spirits get together at this hour to plot a scenario of mockery against the holy trinity.
It’s also the witching hour because it is the opposite hour for Jesus’s death time (he died at 3pm). His crucifixion meant the victory of God over Satan, by sacrificing his son for everyone’s sins, therefore demons become stronger on the most opposed hour to Jesus death.
“Who is gonna think grabbing your feet in the middle of the night is funny?” Younger siblings. Also the phrase “kinky little demon” is my new favorite thing.
YES. the only one horror movie that scared me - not during watching but afterwards. i had a nightmare with something following me in my daily surroundings, and the next day can’t throw that feeling out of my mind 😭
The Warren's were super well known back in the day. Documented cases... but alot of people still wouldnt believe them. It's a personal belief. There known today through the movies. You have to look up the original cases. They are ALMOST just as scary. 😱 The Warren's are both dead now. R.I.P But the Museum is still open to public. Annabel is still there. 😰 You should research it. Its fascinating... a little less terrifying, but still fascinating.
I hate that. Most spirits aren’t evil. It’s like yo said prejudice, stupidity and ignorance. Most spirits need help, they are souls of REAL people who can’t find peace and suffer, sometimes unimaginable pain and terrors for decades or even centuries, because nobody helps them. Luckily I’m recent years more and more ppl like Lorraine use their abilities to heal and help those poor souls.
@@SophieLents Ofc, Goodluck with your channel! Also, you should totally react to Annabelle: Creation. It's s scary, but honestly one of the best movies I've seen
Ed and Lorraine were real people. Sadly, Ed died in 2006 and Lorraine in 2019. She described herself as clairvoyant which is essentially a psychic. It started when she was a child. Ed was a demonologist and served in WW2. The Annabelle doll is real, though she looks nothing like the one shown in the movies. She's actually a Raggedy Ann doll. I believe she's still in the Warren's museum. I could be wrong though. The Annabelle and Conjuring movies are all intertwined. Ed didn't want Lorraine there because of what happened to her during their last exorcism. He was worried about it happening again. Bathsheba was holding Annabelle in the scene with Judy. Yes, this movie is based on a true story, though very loosely. The mom did end up floating in a chair but in not an exorcism it was a seance. I believe she floated in the air a bit and then was thrown back. The real house is is in Rhode Island and once upon a time you could stay in it over night if you paid. It was recently bought, so I'm not sure if that is still offered. It looks nothing like the movie house. At all. The Warrens aren't the only paranormal investigators to look into the house, all kinds of people have investigated. I don't think Bathsheba actually had anything to do with the Conjuring house haunting. She was accused of being a witch and was related to someone who was killed during the Salem Witch Trials. Some believe she had more children aside from what's mentioned in the movie, but there is no records of her birthing more children. Those who do believe she had more kids don't believe the kids lived past 7 and Bathsheba was also thought to kill a local boy who she had been babysitting. It couldn't be proved though despite the cause of death being a small tool being stabbed through his head. The Warrens actually did help people irl with potential paranormal problems. They claimed to have worked over 10,000 cases. Some of their more popular cases being the Perron family, Annabelle, Amityville, Arne Johnson and the Union Cemetery etc. They didn't charge for their services, getting their money from movies, books, college lessons and their museum. They were Roman Catholic, but Lorraine believed that the lack of religion somewhere is what opened the door for malevolent forces into a home or life. It didn't matter what your religion was as long as you had a god(s) to protect you. The lack of belief in people's lives terrified her. Some people believed them both to be total fakes who took advantage of people's fears, others believed they only wanted to help protect people from evil beings who want to hurt people.
I have saw someone get possessed before, but haven't seen it got as bad as what happend in conjuring movie 😂 But i like the movie & your fun reaction makes it less scarier. We need more horror movies!

Great reaction. "Can't you just scare me and move on." Too funny. 🤣 This is a great franchise. The Conjuring, Annabel, the Nun and Curse of LA Llorona are all great. You definitely have to react to all of them.
The conjuring 2 and The Nun explain what happened in Lorraine’s vision that made her lock herself in the room I don’t wanna spoil it for you but whenever you have the chance you should watch em
Me, who's seen The Conjuring multiple times AND the reaction videos: ah yes, another fellow hooman to cackle at as they watch in fear (skskjsfdfjah, I'm sending you virtual hugs for the aftermath of this movie) Sometimes, I think that these children / teens are so lonely and desperate for connection that they'll be willing to invite a ghost / some other scary being to enter the world. Other times, I see these children have ACTUAL friends (like in this movie) and I'll be like, "ah, so you're stupid -" Yeah, talking over the movie a lot is what I do to make myself feel less scared / better about the situation :") processing my emotions and thoughts out loud instead of having them stuck in my head like an echo chamber feels better, in my opinion. but naming the demons is a new method I've never seen before XDD I don't really believe in this stuff but my Catholic upbringing meant that watching horror movies gave me trauma or something because at the tender age of five years old, child me was not ready to be spooked X-X "Dad's banging the demon" I've never seen anyone come down to THAT conclusion before, please XDDDD "You have four more kids. You can sacrifice one." GIRL I - oh, and about Lorraine and her supernatural abilities, I think she was just born with it? She didn't go through anything or was possessed by something to have those abilities. But it's because of those abilities that make her very... sensitive? Like, she can see all of the horrors of the world that no one else can. And yet, she still does these cases and helps others and YES, SHE'S A QUEEN!
Yeah, talking always helps, and in my case talking complete rubbish to minimize the mental impact horror movies have on me in general 😂 Ah, my Christian upbringing also didn’t help lol

Sometimes, I think that these children / teens are so lonely and desperate for connection that they'll be willing to invite a ghost / some other scary being to enter the world. Other times, I see these children have ACTUAL friends (like in this movie) and I'll be like, "ah, so you're stupid -"
Yeah, talking over the movie a lot is what I do to make myself feel less scared / better about the situation :") processing my emotions and thoughts out loud instead of having them stuck in my head like an echo chamber feels better, in my opinion. but naming the demons is a new method I've never seen before XDD
I don't really believe in this stuff but my Catholic upbringing meant that watching horror movies gave me trauma or something because at the tender age of five years old, child me was not ready to be spooked X-X
"Dad's banging the demon" I've never seen anyone come down to THAT conclusion before, please XDDDD "You have four more kids.
Yeah, talking always helps, and in my case talking complete rubbish to minimize the mental impact horror movies have on me in general 😂
Ah, my Christian upbringing also didn’t help lol

Please react to conjuring 2 . It's one of the greatest piece of horror.
Ohmygod ... Girl, the real demon which is actually possessing the house, it's name starts with 'B' ... And u naming it Bob scared the shit out of me!!

You got a long way to go 😂
Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
21:23 they harm them because they want there soul. Its like a revenge to God through His creation. Thats the point!
The name is Rory not Bob
The opening said Lorraine is a clairvoyant
Ah yes go into the boarded up basement
Demons want to harm innocent people cause they simply hate life and happiness
Idk man, I'd expect there would be more of a goal or mission
@@nobody.6126
They don't have any specific goal or mission other than destruction of any life it can and mock God.
I believe in it, however not the ideal that all spirits are evil or demons
Where Mulan's buddy's get girlfriends?
You should see the second movie, The Conjuring 2, it's based in the most better documented possession case of the history
Annabelle movies (3)
The conjuring movies (3)
Thr nun
All of them are in the same universe
