Hi Caitlin, amazing mix! Curioius... any idea why some of your jams can be liked and show up in RUclips Music while others cannot? This one is appearing grayed-out in RUclips Music but the "South" mix IS available in RUclips Music. Was any setting different b/w the two? Many thanks for checking on it. No idea.. im not familiar with RUclips music? Probably copyright claims.. they're still within the acceptable parameters for posting but I think RUclips jumps on any opportunity to embed ads in videos they can "flag" (a few of mine were flagged).. I haven't really figured out the science of this app yet (nor have I tried lol).. BUT I do know some of the mixes with ads were specifically flagged because of "mike's song" (which is funny to me) - not sure how the bots can identify it solely from the jam but I think any of the mixes with "Mike's Song" listed in the description may be what triggers the claim. I'm learning, though! I'll have to investigate this RUclips music thing (wow I sound like I am 80 years old).. Will post the DL link today! Hopefully that will suffice and you can skip the tube! 😎
Great feedback. I've been a YTMusic fan for years b/c it has the greatest feature no other streaming service has... you can upload your own music and mix it in with all the world's licensed music. So all my shows (tagged with metadata) Phish, Dead, Goose, etc can live in playlists and mixes next to their full catalog and other music - all with cover art. RUclips is the database that drives it so all your mixes are in RUclips Music as well - so I can save it to my own playlists inside RUclips Music. For some reason, a mix or two will not have a license to play inside RUclips Music - even though it's fine in RUclips. The black box wizard man behind the curtain makes his own rules, lol! I loved ER>Soul Planet and Monsters and of course MEAP I was at both nights but night 2 will stick w me way more. . .set 1 was rapid fire like 12 songs even w an ok Sand but Night one had a great Sigma off the bucket list finally for me and I love the Final Hurrah nice funky weird jam but night one was pretty boring to me not the Party Time I expected The upside to night one was a rare treat and trick for pre halloween a Bowie and Maze in the same show a set apart to show us how different and yet similar those opening fishman licks are before Mike shows us it is Maze or Fishman changes the rhythm showing us it is David and SASS to aid in the annoyance of a storm in NC was cool to see
