As I am doing my research on this company for investment purposes. I can understand why people have a problem with this company, they are the TOP DOG OF SNITCHES on Americans.
honestly, what these companies do is essentially reinforce what people already know. The holy grail is whether the software can consistently create models that can reliably predict and not just describe the data. Unfortunately, most of these data mining companies are just doing best guesses from people. Madoff's scheme was uncovered by Markopolos, bin Laden was by CIA using red team techniques (using people's experience to challenge reports), and SAP already has analytics packages for those who already have SAP S/4HANA installed. So what exactly does Palantir bring differently to the table?
Their revenues are up a lot year over year. Money losing means they’re investing/scaling. Haven’t gone over the numbers yet but I think I saw they’re cash flow positive which is much more important.
@@ollieo7038 I am talking about software companies in particular and not tech companies. Two wrongs don't make a right. Silicon Valley is run by Communists pushing a new eugenics, yes. But Palantir is VERY shady, with DEEP ties to Israeli intelligence. It's almost like we started the war in Iraq just so we could test it out. It's as good a reason as any I've heard so far.
8:23 Exactly why I wont buy the stock. Far too much infringement on our rights going on already
Cool name, you think they had to pay for the rights to use the name ?
theres a chance...but I think tolkien never trade mark that name... also a lot of companies use Tolkien names in their companies since before (most Peter Thiel companies funded)...well they cant use the story of Lotr and the Hobbit and other Tolkien stories that for sure until 2044...
Good question
No
Why does it always have to either begin with China vs U.S. or end with China vs U.S. ... Can mom and dad stop fighting? Lets compete but remain friends.
Started my Palantir position two weeks ago and I will continue to add this this position. I think this is a company that will be relevant for the next decade and just uploaded a RUclips video on my take on why I am adding Palantir stocks.
Reserves rights token, Peter theil, CIA, Venezuela it all makes sense now.
this sounds a lot like an ad. was it sponsored? why did you not disclose it?
First it was shadow and flames in Moria and now Palantir IPO...
Guy sounds like a patriot . Hopefully it will stay that way . More than we can say for many of our political system representatives . Might purchase some of their shares
Patriot for Israel maybe.
Well this aged greatly
So what exactly does Palantir bring differently to the table?
if Palantir is yet to be profitable, why don't they "Palantir" themself? I mean they got all the data they need to be profitable from data mining...
Their revenues are up a lot year over year. Money losing means they’re investing/scaling. Haven’t gone over the numbers yet but I think I saw they’re cash flow positive which is much more important.
This is the dumbest thing i've read in a long ass time
I really liked that last part.
Same here dude This dude is an American breed pure by example
I know right? It's the west or china.
So...1/21 PLTR 30c?
Someone’s speaking my language
JP Morgan used it on its own employees when it could have used to it to help with the bank's growth...
"Perfectly normal for a software company to show losses"...No, it's not. Usually a software company is cash-rich within few years of operations.
That is not the case for most start up technology companies that have IPO'd over the last 5 years.
@@ollieo7038 I am talking about software companies in particular and not tech companies. There are companies who have software products but most of their research or expenses are in a different sector/ industry. Amazon or Tesla are some such examples. I believe a software company which has been in existing for more than a decade can generate positive profits. If not, their focus is not on profit and they just have enough money from investors to survive long term.
This is amazing! their data is used in every industry
uhmm, your data.. this is where a large chunk of that internet data has been going for the past few decades.
This aged incredibly well.

Cool company but losing money for 17 years doesn't bode well for them being the next wildly popular tech company. I guess it worked for Amazon though.
Essentially the question is "Are you bullish on U.S.A long term?"
LMT , GD, and RTX have your answer
Since posted share price has plummeted. Doesn't show any sign to pick up.
hmm.. sounds a bit overhyped to me. Not much detail on how it actually works or how it can make such a difference in all of these different use cases
Watch this video, i go further into detail. CNBC was a bit influenced by my video on palantir. Flattering. :) ruclips.net/video/5V_iIzXy8Zk/видео.html
Hey i liked your video better. They really did copy you.

Does Microsoft, Apple or any other big corporation get criticism with the business they do with law enforcement? No!
Let the shorts get to this company
I've had access to palantir a number of times. Never used it since I never had any training on it prior to those situations.

Isn’t going public allowing foreign investors and governments to have a stake in them?
Core investors maintain a controlling stake which will prevent a hostile takeover. Many corporations also have voting rules which don't allow minor shareholders to vote on certain issues, or issues in general.
No doubt palantir stock will double by the end of the year. 👌🏼

#Palantir will be massive
big tech Corps will likely have their own “Palantir” and some already have, it seems like government business is their key market since other tech giants might not willing to do business with governments.
Big tech companies are only a small portion of all companies that exist. Of course Google wouldn't use Palantir, but companies like Costco might.
What a brilliant group of leaders
And every agency or business that use them should realise their data is probably going straight to the NSA & CIA as well.
Could've been worse.. Could be going to China
I understand China wouldn't be stupid enough to use their services. What concerns me is the stupidity of european companies. Western world dominance bullsh*t is there to masks how US companies like Boeing and others will use this to get competitive advantage. It is USA dominance, not western world.
Isn't all data going their anyway
Isnt the Athinia platform the architecture that can connect different sectors, which Farzad is talking about in his example regarding a food company and airline data? This is a supply chain process optimising platform right?
