This is great as someone with visual impairments, who has difficulty looking at screens. It would be really incredible. If you could tell us where you are tapping before you tap and how often your tapping on that area. This would also make the practice more inclusive to those who are blind.
Before this session when I brought my attention to how I felt in my body ,I could feel my energy shrinking in like a shield,then after the session I felt my energy flowing out and open , tingling in my head , I feel safe to be myself ❤thank you

This was such a beautiful experience for me, with a few emotional releases. This was also my first time actually doing EFT, something I’ve been resisting for years (like a decade 🫥).. guess I just needed the right time and the right teacher. 💗Thank you so very much.. I’ve never experienced such a clear and intense wave of love (which I felt coming at me but also in the back of my heart chakra, cracking it open sensation) from a human stranger through a collective screen before.. you are such a beautiful light so full of love and I am so grateful to have found you here! Thank you thank you thank you!! 💓💓I was especially moved by the image at the end of your video (I stopped to look at it, take it in and let the tears flow, beautiful way to end the session), the one of you sitting next to a lake or pond with cattails and a willow tree - I’ve had this image in my head for as long as I can remember and finally painted something very similar years ago and keep it displayed in my room to remind me of the peace and serenity it brings me. It’s incredible to see these synchronicities that remind me that I’m not crazy and we all really are that connected! 💖🌈🕊️✨

You know, sometimes it takes the body a while and sometimes the phrasing doesn't resonate that much.. in case you come across any phrasing that doesn't feel true to you, start to freestyle by adding in whatever you're feeling in that moment and just follow along the general tapping points to customize your sessions to fit where you are finding yourself at in the moment ❤

I felt a 3 at first /It stayed at a 3 but I started getting fluttery in my body . Then I started feeling excited about using my newfound power.
