    Love that “cat face wiping” (forgot the exact term 😂) arm path ❤❤❤. It is also great for improving shoulder flexibility and strength. My right side is much stuck than left. Need to keep practicing this combo. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Sahira, u r in great shape and especially for a maturer lady, you have no belly!! I think you have actually lost weight and look slimmer than in some of your older videos. Please could you tell us the diet of a belly dancer and any workouts or exercise regimes you currently follow. It would really help us out. Thanks. Maybe do a vlog?
