Heenim is very complex. He is a serious person but he behaves in a carefree, unserious manner because he doesn't want to burden others. I have a feeling that he thinks his only purpose as a celebrity and SJ member is to make people laugh and that if he's serious people will stop liking him. I also believe that mindset really weights on him. When you get to know him better you can see he doesn't see himself as we do. He doesn't think he's as talented as his peers even tho he's a great artist. Because everyone always talked about his beauty he came to believe that's all he had going for him. He's also insecure about his place in fans' hearts as he believes people don't love him as much now because he doesn't look like he did in his 20s. Therefore, in his mind, all he has is the funny guy act.
I always worry about him. He's been depressed since his early 20s but he seems to ignore it. It looks like as time goes by he's losing himself more and more to the persona he created. He puts on his fake confidence hat and plows ahead. And it breaks my heart.

Heechul and Yesung both have the same blood type.. it make them really know each other without saying anything or showed off their relationship more in front of the camera.
i can relate this, if i feel the chemistry with someone else, and i feel really know how they and what they want to do
then i know they have the same blood type with me.
i really love this AB line couple, they look ignore each other in many screen, but at the same time you can see that they love each other more than we know ☁️☁️💙💙🍒🍒

Heechul has a friend called Gunhee he is his friend from highschool and the met again i think in 2010ish , Gunhee is a hairdresser and appeared with heachul on many shows including My ugly duckling and His RUclips channel

BTW, I think what Heenim meant by koreans degrading fun is that only seriousness, drama and sadness are viewed as art by the majority of them (you know the "oh it's so deep, what an artist!") while comedy is brushed aside, fun and happiness seen as a "cheap" emotion and comedians aren't taken seriously (the "oh, he's a comedian, not a real artist" thing)

I guess that coffee song could be considered a remake cause suju has remakes of old songs like show and someday (and i love them).
When they spoke about being idols even in their 50s i think they said maintain themselves as in dieting and stuff. Heechul doesn't wanna do that but loves being an idol in terms of singing and performing; he said it a lot during the anniversary and it was very evident. It might also be the reason why he takes a break from bubble and stuff when suju has a super show without him and doesnt go to the concert as a guest cause i feel like it's hard for him to accept that he'll be seeing them performing without him. i feel like heechul lets emotions like anger out directly and quickly, and i think he does speak seriously to people close to him off camera. idk but a lot of suju members say they cannot show all aspects of their true selves on camera so we dont really know what goes on
He also once said that he has a lot of friends/connections but suju are some of his only true friends and i feel like that entails talking about serious stuff amongst themselves. And in the supertv episode he kept mentioning or drawing his childhood(or middle school) friend gunhee and i think they relied a lot on each other. Regardless i also always hope he's okay
