Sarabjit, as much as you believe that your BA job has elevated your life , I am impressed with such a wonderful content and your decision to take up a real life scenario and explain BA roles and methods. This easily replaces hours and hours of reading and spending time , efforts and money in the name of acquiring knowledge that mostly end up theoretical.

All businesses/domains need systems/processes so it doesn't matter of the industry. You should follow the same approach when asked to do case studies.
