- Today I'll show you what nightmare looks like, a lot of people aren't able to access it because of a bug in indie cross. The V1.1 also has it. If you downloaded the first version then I think you might need to delete the previous save before downloading the 1.1 and it MIGHT unlock.
In Windows Search type in %appdata% then look for "Team 375" and then inside should be an Indie Cross folder so delete that to have a clean save file.

Fun Fact:
If you attempt to go to the charter menu, their respective hardcore character will attack you, leaving you with a permanent game over. You’d need to reboot the mod to continue.

Found that out after trying to rechart Devil’s Gambit to be a little harder
If that's true, then i would really like to see it. This mod just breaks all of the grounds made for this game. Absolutely astounding.

I love that the Nightmare songs seem to be based on "What If"s for each character's storyline.
"What if Sans never wanted you to just go away and just wanted you dead from the word go?"
"What if The Ink Demon managed to complete himself and took control of the machine?"
"What if Cuphead refused to hand over the contracts not to save everyone, but to have them for himself?"
I assumed Cupheads was "Took the Devils deal for power and betrayed him"
Well, we can see the devil in the background, so both of those probably dont work

They don't exactly have to be "What If's" They could also just be imbued with some energy or just be trying their bestest to win, SOMEONE'S been watching a bit too much of that Marvel series

Nightmare Bendy's design is giving me reality breaking vibes
This mod is literally a masterpiece, and it having this is just insane
I'm pretty sure this mod just set a new bar for difficulty.
ok then let's talk about it!
Cuphead mechanics:
1. parry notes that you have to hit to gain the ability to attack
2. he shoots blue projectiles that you have to avoid by attacking or you are dead and green projectiles that slowly damage you
3. a blue fireball that insta kills you if you don't dodge it and a blue saw that does the same thing but you have to dodge it twice
Sans mechanics:
1. a dodging insta kill mechanic
2. blue notes that kill you if you press them
3. orange notes that you have to hit to avoid getting insta killed
Bendy mechanics:
1. ink notes that cover your screen with ink if you press them, and if too much ink covers your screen your dead
2. insta kill notes very similar to the ink notes
3. minions that NOT ONLY you have to dodge, but also attack from both sides otherwise they can hit you again
you have to beat ALL of these mechanics combined in 3 songs that have sonic speed.
Dave and Bambi: golden apple? pfft... that mod in confront is literally an ant, a small ant compared to this.
I think people are moving away from hard songs now.
Which is the reason why Cassette Girl was so popular that people wanted her to be canon to FNF. She's not difficult, she's just very vibing.

I think it would be cool to make boyfriend bloody in Despair, I probably think that would be really cool since it's a reference to when boyfriend got absolutely walloped
but It doesn't really matter to me because I don't really think these songs are cannon to the actual story, it is said there are gonna be more things added to this mod and stuff so we will have to wait

Hi! I already saw some coments and the description but idk how to unlock the "nightmare" mode, like i know that i have to complete all weeks (i did) but it's still locked. Someone knows if they already solved the bug? Im trying to complete all the songs in the game and i would love to play these! Thanks and bye. ^^
You have to clear all the bonus song I think and you also have to redo the cuphead week again because of a progression bug

yes, you unlock these songs from beating all songs on hard, but sometimes it doesn't work because of a bug.

yep, i'm one of the people who can't access the 4th week unfortunately, i tried uninstalling and installing the mod again, but it didn't work, i installed the streamer build, but it was just the demo, so i don't know how i can acces that...maybe i have to install the mod from another source but i guess i'm just gonna stay with only the three original weeks then...

@@KindaL1st6 Did you do that and appeard for you? Maybe they updated it for the ones who beats all of the songs on hard and the bonus songs on that difficulty, it would appear for them. I'll check tomorrow.

No one has that kind of eye coordination to be able to even see the notes because of the shaky screen, the fricking death notes and see the butcher gang members while also hitting everything that’s just not possible
