Despair is more of a battle of attrition that just wants to screw with your fc. It's not that difficult by itself. Bad time is just straight up test of skill with fishy one-shots. So yeah, for fc-ing purposes despair is much more difficult.
bad time definitely it has: - the fastest scroll speed ever - A BUNCH of orange and blue bone notes - different dodge types - MASSIVE SCREEN SHAKING - 3:12. that's the last thing i honestly think bad time would be just as easy as devil's gambit if not for the scroll speed
