What is process of hauling that many packages to the post office everyday.They must give you the stink eye occasionally.
Just a thought and when you get there... for the small items rack, you could build a mini shelf (shelf within the shelf) that goes in the middle section which will double your storage capacity. (sun glasses , remotes , etc) I am sure you have already thought about this but throwing that out there.
Randomly got your channel recommended, learned a bit. I do flipping as a hobby mostly, usually to fund my other hobbies. I go for old retro pcs and gut everything I can but the case, usually mom and pop thrift shops near me are willing to get rid of huge obsolete desktops for a few dollars. A lot of retro motherboards and pci cards can sell for quite a bit.
I like your strategy with the full draft bank, listing daily while maintaining a routine.

My mistake
My take is to do the finance stuff on a seperate channel, and keep this one as is.
Is there a strategy on the profit for those 19 items per day? For example, if you are selling 19 items per day, but they are items where you make $5 profit per item, that income is much different than selling 2 items per day with a $50-$80 profit. $5 profit per item daily is still a nice couple grand a month, but to replace your full time job, the margins of your daily sell through have to at least be triple that right?
I see you have standing electric can openers.. I sell the spacemaker ones, but didn't realize the other ones sell too.
You have certainly put some thought into your plans and it sounds very ambitious. I really do hope you succeed but at the level of product you are discussing, I don't see how you do it without hiring some help, and maybe you have already considered that. Just the logistics of packing and shipping over 40 items/day sounds like it would take someone 3-4 hours, not to mention all the sourcing and listing. Wish you the best of luck and will be cheering you on from the sidelines.

DI has lines of cars dropping off stuff all day where I'm at- I see it has fresh inventory constantly being loaded... So there should be an opportunity at any given time of day. :)

You will only keep pricing for your items on the average $40, so you will stay on that price range and not go for items that are higher, like jewelry that you pay more and sell it for more. Why I say that because I started a year ago as a part timer, the pricing for my active items are all over ranging from 30 to 8G. What do you think about that.

20-40 items a day is double the production and shipping. Can’t see how you can do that unless you can buy in bulk or get so much better you can buy double the amount of items and still have time left in the day
My new area that I tested many times before moving here has more then triple the amount of great items then my previous. I will also be tripling my time spent sourcing and having my wife do all the listings.

Not as much as they used to. They’re pretty much print to demand which hurts their value.

@@JrideFlips Yes, but most of those numbers are not in your direct control. It would be interesting to see a comparison video after the time has passed - see how close or far off you are. I think that’s the part that’s generally missing. Predictions are made but it’s not a foregone conclusion you will get there.

May I ask you a question? I found some eye glasses frames and wondering how to sell them on eBay. Do I remove the actual lenses? I am only selling the frames, not the prescription lense. When I post, do I just describe the frames and ignore the lenses? How does that work? Thank you in advance.

You can keep lens in. Just be sure to not mention rx at all. Sell as frames only. Again you do not need to remove lens to sell as frames only

I really enjoy working so I do about 70 a week for reselling and content. My wife will do about 20 hours a week

I dont think it is a good idea to save up $250,000 into a bank account. Rather, keep an emergency fund and then invest the rest. Also, it sounds like a terrible idea to pay double your mortgage payments unless you get a horrible interest rate. If your interest rate is that bad, then perhaps taking a loan out wasn't a great financial move to begin with. If your investments can beat the interest rate in the mortgage, then invest that money rather than make extra payments.
