Actually managed to get a good set on her, but due to her ER I can only really play her at double Hydro teams which isn't all that bad, but hopefully in the future I'll get better artifacts.

Hold on I thought Furina needed a team wide healer...Benny works?

if you rotate in the team all the time he works just fine but if you want to have it easy then take jean or xianyun or like you said a team wide healer

The reason teamwide burst healers are recommended is the fanfare stacks are calculated on EVERYONE in the squad so what typically happens when you have Furina is everyone is at 50% hp constantly. Furina >Burst and Skill, Healer (Jean, Barbara etc) Burst heal to DPS. Basically you maximise her output for the duration of her burst instead of constantly swapping to get healed and build stacks. You have max stacks straightway - so for the entire 18s of her burst you are at max damage output. Benny works, it just takes longer to get those Fanfare stacks especially at c0, Benny offers other things though so it still works.
