due to my position (10) if i play a full or near full game so 85-90mins i end up getting really and i mean really bad cramp all along the back of my leg from my heel to my thigh. its so bad that you can physically see my leg muscles seizeing up and loosening. the pain can be bad enough for me to start to cry from it. god i hate cramp.
@@alanmartinez386 for me, I stretch it 30 minutes before I workout or train and it helps. Drink lots of water and dont overplay. Stop right as you feel something I promise, coming from experience
Salty sweater, then yes.. bcs you lost a lot of sodioum - which is salt.. and salt holds a water in your body and water hold minerals in your body.. so when you have salty sweat.. minerals and of course salt is in your sweat thats why many sportsmen eat half spoon of salt or spoon of salt before and maybe at halftime another spoon.. combine it with some isotonic drinks or somethin..
