I had this on the megadrive when i was a kid 55 now dont remember the scanlines beeing that bad The ps2 sega ages is a great game as it was on megadrive.
Because it is running with 25% scanlines on Kega Fusion. Some people prefer running with the classic xBRZ/ScaleFX filter that looks better (less aliased like HD sprites) in general, but the graphics looks wrong too, like the edges of montains in Medium and Expert courses with dithering exposed.
