I'm now suffered from lumbar herniated disc, it's so painful that my waist is just hurt and my toes and tongue are numb. it's midnight but I can't even sleep well, I always think which thing I did caused this to happen or I just did everything wrong. But when I listen to your song, I know I just need to face it though the situation might be worse. But I think It's the courage to face the reality that makes me complete, thank you
