Have you tried one builder only just curious I think protos is good builder can clear the game?
I don't think that I published any game with just one builder, but from my experience I don't think a single builder can defeat the game. You need to combine towers with other classes and also to gain access to some key towers you are basically forced to take at least 2 classes. But you gave me idea for next experiment and challenge :D Classes that comes to my mind that maybe have overall towers, without accessing to synergy towers would be, Protoss yes, Goblin, and Poison. Poison with hero plus single target is insane. If you just take fire then volcanos are not enough for the lvl 40, that is the only disadvantage for going only fire towers.
