My blood work came back with only 1 band positive for Lyme so they won't see me as a patient because I don't have the required 5 bands. I have felt bad for a couple of decades. Would anti-biotics help me at this point if the initial infection was over 20 years ago?

Antibiotics can still be helpful for chronic Lyme. There are also a number of other good options. Seeing a practitioner that specializes in Lyme (not infectious disease) would be your best bet.
