Loved this yoga practice. You made me laugh here: I want you to lift the foot off the floor. Yes, I want that too! 😂but what was the most surprising is that I actually could extend (one of) the leg! It’s superinfection what your body can do. Sometimes we just don’t know it! I love this about your yoga sessions. You give some elements that seems like out of the blue and then… omg I’m pretty much doing that! Thank you very much ❤
This was definitely spicy and the posture towards the end was the hardest for me. I forgot what it's called. Couldn't get into it the first time so I did crow the second time haha. I'll definitely give it a go again to try that. SO good! Thank you so much! 💖

Hi Tana. We love your practices but would appreciate if you could accurately put the time in the description of your videos. Many of your 20 minute practices seem to go much longer which is difficult when I need to fit it in before work. This one is 28 minutes for example and I had to cut it short which is a shame as I was enjoying it. Alternatively maybe you could say 20 min practice + 8 min savasana so we know. Thanks.
Love all you workouts but saving this for something to work up to. I know people love it but I'm not a big fan of birds, maybe change up background noises if you feel like adding additional variety :-) Although tbh I don't think I could hear anything as I attempted and dramatically failed to do the side scissor kick balancing pose (assuming that's the name)
