Digital Logic Sim is a fun and innocent little educational game which of course has its limitations compared to other Digital Logic Simulatiors out there like Logisim / Digital Hneemann / Logic World / Turing Complete, but it does custom IC design really well and teaches you to think in levels of abstraction. Yeah, it's a time on delay, known as a TON timer in ladder logic. Usually they come with like 3 other variables if you're actually programming a PLC, but this is, in fact, how one of those works.
Hello, I see that you controll Digital Logic Sim. Do you know if it is possible to create a ROM memory? I am trying to create a 8b to 7 segment display decoder.

@@unschlagbar2302 Thank you for answering. I was able to create the 7 segment display decoder using the double dabble algorithm. But I still need the ROM for the Control Logic of a 8b computer. If you have any idea on how to do it in a simple way I will love to hear it
@@jorgeestefania3184 maybe with condition chips or Mux and not gates for on. But I don't understand exactly why you need the rom memory for the control logic or do you mean decoder .In my next video I show how to make a 4b decoder and encoder.
@@unschlagbar2302 please do but try having a look at an alternate mthod using clocks and counters and and gates that shut off the clocks once the counter is reset
