Ohio here and can confirm with 100% certainty that it’s $49.99 and is not too difficult to get. My local store gets a delivery about every 2-4 weeks and if you show up on delivery day (and sometimes even the day after), you will get one. At that price, it’s just about impossible to beat. Knob Creek Single Barrel store picks at $50-60 are a very close 2nd. Jack Daniels SBBP and Rare Breed are very close behind.

That's crazy! Here in Georgia we never see it. If we do it's close to $300! 🤯

@@Killamane24 Hopefully Sazerac figures out the distribution/supply chain issues. I see people finding Eagle Rare at retail all over. Because we’re a control state, it’s not sold above retail unless you make an “illegal” purchase on the secondary. But I have NEVER seen it on the shelf. The bourbon bros who line up at the stores a few hours before opening grab any that come in. Nevertheless, that suggests that we’re getting WAY more Antique 107 than Eagle Rare which also seems strange and a little uneven in the distribution. Good luck finding one!

Have looked for this bottle for a couple years and haven’t seen for less than two bills! (S.E. Michigan)… Happen to walk into a local Kroger a few weeks back and my jaw hit the floor when I saw it on the shelf- their one and only bottle and I snatched that mofo up fast!! Got it for State Minimum as well at $49.99. Couldn’t believe it- miracles do happen. May not be a unicorn for people in other states but it was one I was searching for and was happy as could be to get it. Great pour…
I would have happily spent a C note to get it and knowing how hard it is to get up here would likely spend a hundo to purchase again when she’s gone.

$65 Cad-$47 US in Ontario. Drops 3 times a year online only (control province) 1 per person. Usually 2k bottles available so it hangs around for a coupe days and most get a bottle.

I'm in Texas (DFW) and only ever see these on secondary. Green Label SR is easy enough to come by but everything else starts at $175 and goes up from there. Even then the Weller 12 is easier to find and more expensive.

In Columbus area antique shows up often but is snagged up at opening. Most are using it as trade bait. I always wonder how many of them are drinking them when people have cases and cases of them.

Love the content as always Zach and David! I'm curious to know what you guys would say is the closest thing to that Buffalo Trace sweetness you mentioned? Wild turkey has more of that spice/funk, Heaven Hill and Beam are typically a bit more nutty. Would it be MGP? At least maybe there low rye mash bills?

Wish I could find it for MSRP. I have been lucky finding Weller SR, Eagle Rare, EH Taylor Small Batch, and Weller Full Proof at MSRP. Have not been able to find Antique 107 or Weller 12 for MSRP.

Ohio has Weller "Red" & "Green", but you have to hunt them. I see more SR than Antique. I passed on Special Reserve yesterday. However, I'm not a big wheater fan in general.

Would rather be patient than pay secondary, for any product. Secondary just drives prices up further.

As others have said $49.99 in Ohio. Have to hunt for it in my area. I'd probably pay $75-$80 for it at the high end.

Never tried this new Weller stuff.
I have the Original Antique Weller 107 from 2000, in the short round bottle with antique style label, unopened and sealed.
I'm betting it's better than this new stuff.

Some bottles are so good, you can't stop reaching for them. The 107 was not one of those bottles for me. I never wanted to drink it, took years to finish the bottle. Definitely not the best Buffalo Trace product.

MSRP for a Weller product???!!! Not even close my friends. Best price for Special Reserve is $70 and I've only found Antique at one local shop for $130. Full proof is $200-$250, single barrel is $600, CYPB is $500 and 12 year is around $200. Mind you, this is in So Cal where the hunt is truly exasperating and expensive.

Swirling the bourbon disturbs the alcohol and actually gives you less taste. Better to just drink it and not play with it.
