This was really good. They seem to have a good vibes with each other. I understand Naij wanting to have a man taller than her. For some women a taller man equals security, like a safe place. But I have learned a man who prays for you is the safest place to be outside of God. What you want isn't always what you need. If you focus on what you need, what you need will become more of what you want. That also goes for thinking you want a man who has the exact same everything as you. To me that wouldn't be fun. I want someone who will expose me to new experiences, new fashion, music, food, etc. That's what makes relationships fun. Growing deeper in God and in Life. There are some things you do want to have in common like your faith, how to raise your children, extra curricular activities (sports or hiking). These common interests draw you closer to each other. I definitely get a sense of security from men who are taller than me... it's not physical... it's the emotion behind it. I dated a shorter guy and his hands were smaller than mine and I felt like I was holding a child's hand...therefore I felt insecure 😖 ... Tall is also relative because my bestfriend is 4'11" so a guy who is 5'2 or 5'4 is tall for her but not me.
Great tip, really helpful! I've always wanted a taller guy. I guess it's relative. A guy always praying over you is taller than you spiritually and covers you. So you still get what you what, just in a better way.

Man, this is almost one of my favorite ones. It was so chill and organic. They genuinely got to know one another in this short time. The questions are obviously similar from the other episodes but they weren't deep about their relationship with God so I was pleasantly glad, sometimes you want to keep it simple in the very beginning and I appreciated watching this... @theazonwus, Ezekiel, please change tho signs!! Your unpacking of the dates is valuable, it adds a human/family feel at the end of the episodes and it would be valuable to see more of the actual date interaction/conversation as the bulk of each episode. It's beneficial for us as the audience to see more interaction between the "couples" as we,as singles, navigate dating and communicating with potential partners.It's a great tool to assess/reflect on how we talk to people in real life. I’m glad to see another great episode of two people choosing to grow and stay. It gives us singles hope. I’m sad to hear about the comment made about the gentleman “not appreciating plus size women on the show” (if I understood the issue correctly). This something us Christian women constantly have to deal with and it hurts. I wish sometimes Christian men wouldn’t comment at all.
As soon as he walked in I thought the same to he’s short but he had excellent conversation and I loved all his answers. The biggest for me is guy friends I’ve had friends that’s been around for 10 years plus and were there when I buried my pops. That’s a huge order to get rid of. Most guys don’t respond that way. Kudos to him!

Every male friend that I have...has once wanted to be more. They were never a boyfriend and I have not slept with them, but I learned the hard way. Okay, pause. During the review the issue of best friends is being addressed. Here is my take additionally, if a single person befriends a married person then not making a bond with the couple as a unit also shows their insight into marriage. It happens easily when people are dating that an opposite sex friends makes things odd, but if you are already married a new person comes along I think it's a good show of character and insight into what marriage means when they make the effort to befriend both. Gen 2:24 Also thank you for mentioning how people withhold information about who their "friends" really are because people do hold onto ex's then struggle to let them go when a relationship heads towards marriage.
