Pam Coker always understood Ben. They'd gotten closer over the years after Paul's death. Pam would want Ben to be happy. So would Paul too. Pam understood that about Ben because she always cared for Ben because of Paul but knowing that Ben and Callum are together and Callum is looking after Ben for Pam. And Ben is safe and loved by Callum that's all that mattered to Paul's grandmother. Ben never forgotten Paul because Paul Coker was Ben's first open gay relationship. And Callum is his new one. Pam is happy for Ben and Callum plus at the same time Paul is never forgotten about too.
