Spare tire is located in the rear cargo area. Lift up and remove first cargo cover and then remove second cargo cover as well. There will be the spare tire. Tire removal kit will be under the spare tire so unscrew tire holder and remove spare tire to access it.

Can you fit a full size spare tire on the Terrain AT4?

Hmmm can't say for sure but I don't think so. I will be a donut same like on SLE trim on the video
