The TPM valves usually last 5-10 years and shouldn't be hard to replace. I find the autostop to be practically seemless. Then again, I'm not trying to race at traffic lights in which case it could be slower (certainly not launch control). The weirdest thing has been the shifter and getting used to it.
@@Sportbikememace yes, that's what I meant. There is no reasonable way to manually shift this thing. They should add some paddle shifters for those situations where the driver needs more control. Then again, you look at the target customer for this vehicle and they will mostly be people that will never use the L gear and shift manually. Park reverse and drive will be it for most.
@@LebronPhoto1 I agree with you 100% I think it was a waste of money on the company to even put manual shifter on that vehicle especially the way they have it set up can’t even use it lol
I had to pay for extended warranty which I kind of regret because they raised up my monthly bill they added $50 a month I tow my motorcycle for three hours one way and three hours back
You can by pass the auto stop. Put it in D then L put the gear to 9 and the terrain will shift like normal. Won’t go to auto stop. Down side you have to to do it every time you turn the car on or put it in park/ reverse.
@@kenzybeltran3365 to be honest I don’t know I just know that this car is very sensitive to the type of gas you put in it.. the auto stop feature a alone, would cause wear and tear
Around seven months the only problem I’ve had so far is putting the wrong with you. It only takes regular if you do not bother putting anything higher than regular. The auto stop feature starts acting up.

Thanks for the review. I just purchased one. I noticed you’re a Reading cat. I’m very familiar with that area. How is it holding up? Any mechanical issues?
@@Sportbikememace Oh, okay. I saw Tom Masano plate on the GMC, so I figured you were in Reading. No mechanical issues! Great to hear. I just got a black one. It’s really nice looking. Peace, bro.
@@uvic4027 the black one with black rims will be sick I seen them. Yeah my families from NY Jackson Heights. But yeah I’m trying to do upgrades to the GMC so I’m different Keep everybody posted.
I really don’t like the auto stop either and it could use a bit more pep, I I’ve also adjusted to the gear shift style, otherwise I come to like the vehicle. I own the SLT FWD. The size was a huge adjustment for me because my previous car was a Chrysler Pacifica.
Mines is an SLE but to be honest, I kind of regret buying it because it lost too much value i’ve been trying to trade it in and nobody wants to take it because I’m under my loan meaning that I owe too much compared to the cars value
So far, no only time is when you turn off the car and you forget to put it in park the car will put itself on park if you turn it off without the park on

Excellent review..I’ve got the 2019 SLT it’s also very good in snow. Thank you
Yes, it is is very good in the snow. It’s just depends on the tires.

Yeah, I agree that shifter is weird I don’t even use it unless you’re talking about the park reverse neutral, and drive, which is also weird

There’s no button for the trunk you just gotta hit the unlock button twice and open it manually
Can you add a remote to open the trunk?
@@tasteandsee6582 that’s a good question I have a way to test that theory because I bought a remote starter when I test it . I’ll send you a message.

I bought the vehicle in 2022 and it takes regular fuel you can’t put nothing higher than regular because the vehicle starts acting up
