Look for adult Ballet classes that might also do Senior specific classes. Queensland Ballet (Australia) do them. And you might want to only do the barre part of class and 'walk out' the center. We all have limits to our bodies so only do what yours can, don't try to imitate others, only look to other people for the step and not how to do it as you may not learn the step correctly. Very gentle somatic approaches to achieve full body awareness and then childsteps up to some basic excercises for all-round mobility and motoric skills. Good posture and flexibility and fun little dances. Floor work, yoga, pilates, warm stretching. Self-awareness in front of the mirror and chin up 😊

go to a beginner class and do the barre portion of class. you'll get super strong!
