Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines Does Not Require Fan Patches

This is a demonstration of me launching and playing Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines by Troika Games on a Windows 10 laptop with 8 gigs of RAM.
The game DOES NOT require any fan patches or mods to run. The vanilla game as released and officially patched by Troika is perfectly playable. In fact it plays great, I completed a full playthrough recently with no crashes to desktop or game breaking bugs. Rumors of how broken the original game is are greatly exaggerated in an attempt to push various fan patches and mods onto unsuspecting players.
If you can, please get a vanilla copy of the game and play that if it is your first time playing the game.
Do not buy the game off of GOG because that version is pre-bundled with a fan patch, which I believe is extremely disrespectful to the original developers of the game.
