It's like they're completely different people on CBS than they are on SkySports
More formal on Sky. More bants on CBS.
UK viewers want more serious analysis. The American style does not fit for British sports fans.
CBS is a breath of fresh air for everyone both in America and Europe, broke the mould
They only say things what Sky wants them to say not that case with CBS, much more freedom.

It seems so weird seeing them here without Kate!
No it doesnt

Henry is similar to Mourinho. When he Explains football you stay quiet and listen
@@noneofyourbusiness-c7h The ability to understand and explain football and the ability to coach at a high level are 2 very different things. It takes more than just ball knowledge to be a top coach. Precisely. We restrict our attackers too much, especially our wingers.

He was an even better player. Top 3 greatest strikers in football history

@@docholiday-lm4vf Who was & why?
Don’t think it’s about belief with Arsenal, I think they do believe…it’s about the consistency of execution in the system and being able to tinker when needed. Injuries have not been useful and some mistakes are creeping in more as well.
Also maybe the game changer... Also play too safe..
It’s about desire and belief to go and win the game. Or lack of. Henry has literally just said it.
It's ability It's as simple as that. Our squad isn't good enough. We don't have enough world class talent. A striker/attacker capable of 20+ goals is a must. Someone for the big occasion. We don't have that. Why are we beating around the bush when we know we need signings or no trophies. We aren't going to wish or explain or make believe this team to a title.
@@foreignmweezzpuscle8651 after todays game agreed - first half we weren’t good and played safe after the missed opportunities, took us to concede to step up - this needs to be automatic from the start
LFC had injuries to first team players & dubious ref decisions, but didn't whinge & cry about them. They just got on with it. That's the difference between the two sides
Quite right, we're too defensive and don't chase victory aggressively enough.
Are they the same people or doppelgangers on CBS!! 😂
sky sports is more serious than cbs
As a Liverpool fan I was more swayed to arsenal winning it this year than ourselves didn’t expect us to be 1st coming into February .. but missing players especially Saka who is a game changer for arsenal is big I’m not comparing players but it’s like Liverpool without Salah .. your big game player normally scores or assists or does something 9/10 times. Personally I think arsenal need a proper number 9 and they will win more games
Front 3 in general, need a 9, they need decent cover for saka when he's out, and martinelll is decent but isn't winning anybody league titles either
Never fancy Arsenal to win anything
"you can be small and compete" - henry
It's tough for us, the rare game weeks where Liverpool dropped points, we also dropped points. It's never say never, but the only hope is the hectic schedule with UCL, fa cup and prem might cause them to lose focus. But it's a long shot.
could listen to thierry all day, elite ball knowledge
Great work on Kate, the surgeries are really getting better.

Love this trio!!! 🤩🔥
Forest probably have more of a chance at the title as long as they can keep their best 4 or 5 players fit. They have a reliable source of goals in Chris Wood. Arsenal don’t really have a consistent goalscorer.
Arsenal needed a striker before Jesus got injured the fact that as things stand they have not addressed that situation is poor, either way though they need Liverpool to slip up which does not feel likely
Get Thierry upfront ffs or give Ollie the 14
Ollie who? Ollie McBurnie?!?😂😂 You aint getting Watkins! Delusional fanbase
You might aswell go for Abraham if you think Watkins will be your saviour. Arsenal need a natural goalscorer/ target man not another creator type forward. imo you need a giroud type. Watkins is a hard worker but his finishing skills are limited, he's gone this far through hard work but players like Duran are just naturally better at finishing chances and that's what arsenal really need.
@@fahim6898he quite literally said it’s his dream to play for Arsenal 😂

@@GTC-o8d No excuse there, we just gotta keep our head down and try again, never giving up.

Too expensive 😂
The difference between us and liverpool is that they have a dip when they potentially can make the gap unreachable, but then we have ours when we have to replicate a near perfect run like last season,if we lose today liverpool can still afford some slips here and there, while we inevitably still slip again
Strangely there's an awful lot more pressure on Arsenal today than Man City - That could work two ways for the home team in negative or positive result - I feel like it will be a 2-2 draw for both sides have defensive weak points... It should be a good game to watch so I'm looking forward to the match.
Tbf City have fallen off atm so of course they will pile the pressure on us now. Especially as we were one of if not THE favourites at the start of the season, so the pressure is justified
When Mikel played open expansive football with no backup for his first 11 and injuries happened and they lost games, the narrative was that he was naive and inexperienced.
Liverpool has Salah, jota, Nunez, Diaz, chiesa and Gakpo as attacking options, Asernal has Kai, jesus, martinelli, saka, trossard and sterling. I don't blame Mikel for playing conservatively, because inspite of anything you can throw at him as criticism his is being outperformed by one team, and the argument can be made that liverpool are the best team in Europe right now. Asernals real problem is the lack of ambition the club has shown, it is the end of the Jan transfer window, no one has come in inspite of the lack in options offensively, Mikel has to be conservative even if he didn't want to, he lacks options.
Bournemouth logo next to Wolves at the bottom
Great spot
There is no title race
I agree with Henry. Arteta is too cautious.
No mention of Arsenals injuries, too many games relying on sick/ half injured players!!
Every team has injuries! Arsenal fans are insufferable! Well done today but you were given the victory on a plate from City!

As a neutral, I think they have been unlucky this season. Odegaard missed two months, Saka missing for 2 months. The 2 games the received red cards for kicking the ball away IMO was a joke, especially the Man City one. Seen players kick the ball away countless times this season and not get booked. 4 points dropped in those 2 games as a result. The home game versus Liverpool they were missing Saliba (his own fault due to suspension) and Gabriel got injured mid way through, maybe could have hung on to win otherwise. Could have been 7 points closer. But credit to Liverpool, have had a brilliant season so far in all comps.
As for Henry's point, last year Arsenal were W16, D1, L1 in last in 2024. A fantastic run in most seasons. They finished with 89pts. Arsenal only scored 73 , 70 , 87 and 78 pts in Henry's first 4 seasons.
City finished with 89 points laa 😅
So weird seeing them not talk about brest
BTec CBS
When we have the attack we have, with no Saka, no we're not in the race. There is no title chances barring a massive bottle job by Liverpool.
I've said it since the Summer, no upgrade in attack is why we won't win the league.
There is no chance, even in the next 5 years
true
The team is playing the way Arteta played for Arsenal. When Wenger made him captain fans were shocked which was a way to say he does not play the Arsenal way. Troussard and Saka are the only two player with a natural eye for for the goal in big games. Winners win.
0:35 He said we

Arsenal are more than likely to win the league we will beat city with odegaard scoring first. ❤
Good prediction
It's done. Anyone who thinks Liverpool will drop at LEAST 10 more points than Arsenal will between now and the end of the season isn't paying attention to the two teams.
Micah is so juiced up. Love to see it
Don’t think beating this city team would give arsenal that much confidence😂
They'll be celebrating like they've won the league if they do beat them, you watch.
@Luke-mq6mn So we can’t celebrate a win. 5-1 on top of that.
@ never said that but acting like you’ve won the treble. Beat a bang average team
this is a completely different vibe from CBS
Where's Kate?
this is sky
@@Mrbusy498That's nice, but where's Kate?
On cbs you simps
Kate is fired.
Even as a liverpool fan the disrespect arsenal have got from pundits because they are 2 games behind is ridiculous. Even if liverpool win their game in hand, this isn’t over.
They won’t kill a game, they’re happy to see out a 1, 2 goal lead. And in a competitive league you can’t do that.
They did it against Liverpool, 2-1 up at home and threw 10 men behind the ball, it’s so negative.
They’ll go 2-0 up in the first 30 minutes and just sit back, bringing pressure on themselves for over an hour. In the same situation Liverpool will ease off a bit but they still press high, dominate possession, create chances, they’re just more patient and controlled in their approach. That’s the main difference between the two. That and the drop off between an arsenal starting player and the sub is a big drop.
Arsenal's problem is they're not direct enough! Too much trying to pass themselves into the 6 yard area. Not enough balls into the box and not enough shots! They give away the attacking momentum when they have it. 🤷♂️
Even if we beat City today, we need to get a run of games and actually try to beat Liverpool at Anfield. We don't have an attacking forward who can convert into goals....we aren't winning the title.
Wheres Kate?
TT spot on
Thumbs up to sign for a petition not to gather these 3 without Kate!
The Arsenal of last season was much more dynamic than this season
1:44 my guy Mitoma intimidating a whole team is crazy

It’s Liverpool’s Title to lose now. Arsenal should have a signed a Top Striker and it’s cost them again
Sky, you cannot replicate what CBS has created with this trio. Sorry. It’s not just them, it’s the atmosphere at CBS and the ever so awesome Kate
What title chances?
The 4-1 loss against Man City in 22/23 gave Arteta ptsd
So he gave Pep a 5-1 PTSD.
Arsenal had to resort to a different way of playing after not getting Sesko or any elite striker in the summer.
Also now slow down and control games in ordee not to get burnt out.
Martin was injured last season against villa and couldn’t continue..hence had to come off
Absolute lie, he played against Bayern 3 days later

Agreed, that Bournemouth team are very solid and to be honest they definitely opened us up but they lacked finishing.
Liverpool supporter , I was fully expecting Arsenal to wobble today v City , but they turned up in style TBF , title race .......ON
There is no telling, sometimes key player is injured thats when you will see team stutters and losing 9 points is a possibility
1:54 When did Carragher play against Mitoma? 🤣🤣
Great win today arsenal f.c keep it coming.
Hope to see Titi coach arsenal one day
Henry is 100% correct. If we needing to win. He brings off martinelli to put trossard on, instaed of taking off 1 of our 3 midfielders. Thats just common sense.
Beating City this season is not much of a feat, but if Arsenal don't win they're most definitely out of the title race (if they were ever really in it). Could be a huge game for top 4 which I think Arsenal really need to be worrying about, one of Arsenal/City/Chelsea/Forest won't make top 4 this season and I wouldn't bet against Forest rn, apart from the Bournemouth game they've been in incredible form and just won 7-0 and currently on equal points with Arsenal. If City win then they will only be 3 points behind Arsenal on equal games and you wouldn't put it past them to go on a run until the end of the season.
The CBS crew reunited on Sky Sports. Won't be able to get away with some of the risqué jokes on Sky though 😂
Most of the CBS dream team on Sky?
The stat about draws highlights how the invincibles season really isn't that impressive. Loosing one or two games and getting over 90 points is far better.
Arsenal is not getting the results from the top six teams. That's the problem with Arteta's side this season. They depend on set pieces for goals. And you don't get the result from playing in that way.
Arsenal are hitting their peak at the right time though and without Saka. They still have Liverpool to play and if they can get a win out of that they will win the title imo.
Say that again.
Akward.....
No bench
What a great saying WINNERS WIN don't see many winners in the whole club if any
Arsenal need to sign an attacker. After such a big win against City today, signing a new attacking player will send a big warning to Liverpool.
When are any of our so called pundits/media going to properly acknowledge what nuno and Forrest are doing this season?
