    **Thanks For Watching!**
    Again, these shorts contain mostly old information, they're just a way to make it more accessible to new fans!
    New long-from megaman content is still coming,
    This is just a way to grow the channel, in the meantime.

      **If you want to learn more about battle chips, check the links in the description!**
      Also, I forgot to mention in the video,
      When it comes to 'Advanced PET' chips, The Number on the chip(Chip ID) is *Not* always the same as the chip code, some numbers are skipped, hence why chip ID #88 has a chip code of '86'.

      Keep it up! With the anniversary of the games getting basically shoved under the rug by Capcom maybe this will help drum up some much needed hype!

    I got my Advanced PET, and I made a battlechip from scratch, and it worked! now I have almost 20 battlechips that I made using aluminum foil and cardboard! I made them using that guide that have all battlechips contacts

      I have good news and bad news, the good news is that these are incredibly simple circuits that require no programming whatsoever, you can make these at home!! The bad news is that I have no idea how the peripheral that sticks into the GBA works, so I'm not sure of how to replicate that

    Alot of Japanese toys run something similar to this. As a Kamen Rider and Super Sentai fan, I have some of the transformation items. Basically, the toy has preprogrammed inputs that read the pins when used.

      There are also different versions for both bn5 and bn6

    Are the navi chips different? I remember them having data inside instead of just connected pins

    • @bobdotexe
      @bobdotexe  Год назад +1

      for gen 2/3 chips (as shown) every chip works the same way,
      However the gen4 (link pet ex) featured navi chips that could hold data, I believe this data was used when connecting to the bn6 battle chip gate, or the arcade 'stadium' unit.
