**Thanks For Watching!**
Again, these shorts contain mostly old information, they're just a way to make it more accessible to new fans!
New long-from megaman content is still coming,
This is just a way to grow the channel, in the meantime.
**If you want to learn more about battle chips, check the links in the description!**
Also, I forgot to mention in the video,
When it comes to 'Advanced PET' chips, The Number on the chip(Chip ID) is *Not* always the same as the chip code, some numbers are skipped, hence why chip ID #88 has a chip code of '86'.
Keep it up! With the anniversary of the games getting basically shoved under the rug by Capcom maybe this will help drum up some much needed hype!
Thanks to you I learned something new
Yo dude i had the megaman pet and i blew into one of the chips and it became a totally different chip. Explain!!!!! :D
Modifying chips kind of sounds like something that would actually happen in megaman.exe
I got my Advanced PET, and I made a battlechip from scratch, and it worked! now I have almost 20 battlechips that I made using aluminum foil and cardboard! I made them using that guide that have all battlechips contacts
I would love to see them reprint these one day I know it's not likely to happen but it would be amazing if it did.
I want revamped pets
Dam I wanna play network 3 blue and network 5 team protoman again
I have good news and bad news, the good news is that these are incredibly simple circuits that require no programming whatsoever, you can make these at home!! The bad news is that I have no idea how the peripheral that sticks into the GBA works, so I'm not sure of how to replicate that
Dude that chip hold for the game boy advance! That thing is next level. I am so blow away by that right now.
Your video way back int he day is what got me into collecting, so its cool seeing you upload new videos for the next generation
Hope the Nintendo Switch and other consoles get a system update to support these peripheral devices for the MMBN Legacy Collection!
I think the closest we could ever hope for are amiibo cards
back in the day my bro accodently put my chips in the ocean and they changed how they were read. this explains why that was the case!
This was really cool, thanks for sharing!!
Alot of Japanese toys run something similar to this. As a Kamen Rider and Super Sentai fan, I have some of the transformation items. Basically, the toy has preprogrammed inputs that read the pins when used.
I think I still have one of those! The heat spread one and Shockwav back when my friend got me a mega man exe figure for my 13th birthday 💙💙 no longer have the mega man figure but it was awesome
Battle network is such a great series. The X games are still my favorite but this and the zero series go back and forth for 2nd place for me
You know... I have seen a lot of your vids. I'm gonna have to try to get some of these.
Thank you for this
Ahhh, nostalgic
No no no. The PET knows which battle chip I use because I say the name outloud dramatically and say "DOWNLOAD NOW"
more rockman exe pls
What is the attachment to the gba. I've never even heard of these before
It's called a 'battle chip gate'
You can see it in action here: ruclips.net/video/TwrZ1Uy93Jg/видео.html
@@bobdotexe thanks so much for responding. Does it only work on mmbn4 then?
This version of the chip gate, works with bn4 and rockman exe 4.5
There are also different versions for both bn5 and bn6
@@bobdotexe thanks. Now I have to add to my collection somehow
Brbr about to manufacture some stuff
I use to have a bunch of these
Interesting, i wonder would this affect the speed run of the game
Hello I love Megaman Battle Network
Are the navi chips different? I remember them having data inside instead of just connected pins
for gen 2/3 chips (as shown) every chip works the same way,
However the gen4 (link pet ex) featured navi chips that could hold data, I believe this data was used when connecting to the bn6 battle chip gate, or the arcade 'stadium' unit.
Whoa, hold up. What was that thing in the GBA? Does that allow you to battle with chips you own IRL?
No,no I did not. However, I still liked learning about this. Interesting.
How about exe6, I am planning to mod falzar, as officially it doesn’t exist
I didn't know Final Gun had a CP10 label variant. Where did you find that?
THERE WAS A TOY TO USE CHIPS ON GBA!?!?!?!
Yes I used them on BN 1/6 there was even some for the StarForce 1/3 on ds but I just played those regularly
Wtf those can attach to the gba game lol
I wanna print the chips with 3D printer.
Then add the metal circuit in the chip and put a printed lebel of the chip.
😁
I have P.E.T Advance (Mattel) and I need more Battle Chips hahah
:3 😍😗
