Tabitha!!! Thank you for the shoutout!!! 🥰❤️ It's funny because I filmed this tag like a week or two ago and tagged you too 😂😂 I love those special edition classics 😍
Omg the Little House books and the Nancy Drew books!!! 🥰 I never got into the babysitters club but I've heard so many good things from others who read those in their childhood!! I got into the Boxcar Children for a bit too!
Thank you for re-reminding me about This Gathered Nest Angela’s book! I wanted to read it when it first released and then it went off my radar for some reason. Definitely need to read it! 💕 I was huge into American Girl for years and even though she was one of the dolls I didn’t have, Samantha was my favorite. Which may be why that’s my favorite time period now to read, hahaha! 🥰💗😁
Samantha was such a fantastic American Girl character!! I'm totally with you. (Also yes that time period is *chef's kiss* 😂) Also yes definitely pick up Angela's book!! It was so touching. 😭❤️
Thank you for tagging me Tabitha! I am always excited to find another Christian booktuber😊. I did the tag a few weeks ago and had so much fun with it. I only have 400ish books, but in a lot of different rooms so it was hard to count.😅
You're so welcome! 🥰 And oh goodness yes, I can see how counting that many in different rooms would be a struggle!! I was struggling to count my 217+ 😂🤣
The Lord of the Rings ducks are fabulous 😂😍 I LOVE Jane Eyre, Silas Marner, and The Wind in the Willows; those are gorgeous copies! I remember reading Silas Marner when I was thirteen or fourteen and I loved it, definitely one I need to re-read. Aww American Girl books are great! I will never forget when I got the Kit story collection when I was six years old. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing Amelia!! 🥰 All I need is Pippin and the Duck Gang will be complete. 😂 Also YES KIT WAS SO GOOD!! I remember reading those books to my strawberry plants as a child because someone told me talking to plants helped them grow. 😵💫😂 I loved the movie for her story too, I re-watched it so many times.
Yes, I have decorative books that I won't read out of because I don't want to mess them up 😂 I have a cheap copy I use that i won't feel guilty if it gets banged up 😂
I really enjoyed Silas Marner in school, gave it 4 stars! It is very verbose though so I can't imagine reading it ever again lol. I rec giving it a read though or watching the movie! It's great!
I agree about Francine Rivers and I love the books by her that you mentioned. I have not read The Last Battle I don't think, although I've read most of the books in the Narnia series. But I've heard really good things about it so I need to read it! And also, I steal my sister's books all the time. She has way more than me, so it's fair. 😉 (Just kidding, she lets me borrow them and I give them back... usually. )
My favorite American Girl was Felicity, I was obsessed much like you were with Kaya, I had the Felicity box set. Close second was Samantha. Both their movies were awesome in my kids eyes. I'm curious what my love of Felicity says about me 😂😂
Omg, Felicity was so spunky and free spirited!! I would say little girls who liked her the most were probably also spunky and free spirited. You also probably liked being outside and had a particular love for animals, especially horses. ❤️🐎 (I was also a horse girl hahaha!) Also... SAMANTHA YESSS.
@tabithagabrielle5432 lol! Felicity definitely was that! I was more shy around strangers as a child but I could be spunky and free-spirited when I wanted to be lol. I think I liked her because I wanted to be as brave as her--plus you're right about the horses but also they way they dressed was beautiful in my eyes lol
I'm not sure exactly what the edition is... But I searched "the lion the witch and the wardrobe illustrated by pauline baynes" and found a few eBay listings!! It's not on Amazon from what I saw, but there were a few options on eBay!
American Girl introduced me to so much American history and gave me such empathy. Rebecca was always my favorite, although I devoured all of them.
OOOO Rebecca!! She's a good one too!!! ❤️
I love Lila Rose, she is very inspiring!! Her book is on my TBR!
Tabitha!!! Thank you for the shoutout!!! 🥰❤️
It's funny because I filmed this tag like a week or two ago and tagged you too 😂😂

You're so welcome!! 🥰 Also IKR it's so funny how that worked out!! 😂❤️
I'm working through The Chronicles of Narnia, i'm reading The Lion the Witch and the wardrobe right now. Good to know about the last book!!
Yes!! They're all so good!! I'm super interested to see your final thoughts on all of them after you finish the series. 🥰
Love this tag and video! You have SO MANY of my favorite authors and books on your shelves, Tabitha, and I own many of the same books you do! 🥰📚
That's so fun!! (Great minds think alike haha!) Thank you so much Monique!! 🥰❤️
Baby sitters club, American girl, little house, and Nancy drew were all my childhood books that got me into to reading

It must be a sister thing haha! And yes you have to read the Last Battle one day, it's such a good conclusion to the Narnia series!! 😭❤️
The rachet shelf 😂😂
It's always the bottom shelves 😵💫😶🌫️😶😂
@tabithagabrielle5432 I mean people tend to overlook the bottom right? Mines kinda bad too 😂
Yay!!! You did the tag ❤
