Thanks for watching! And no, the 4.0 does not mean the average of two players. It is the maximum level that any individual player can be eligible to play in this league. For example: all 4.0 players can play in a 4.0 league and 3.5 players can also play in a 4.0 league. However, a 4.5 player cannot play in a 4.0 league. Hope this explanation helps
@@weadog Theoretically this may be true but USTA does not have a distinction between singles or doubles. If you're a 4.0 player in doubles then you are also considered a 4.0 player in singles
this the semis of sectionals so it makes sense. these guys are the cusp of 4.5. High 4.0s but low 4.5s. They will probably be bumped up if they continue to make it to sectionals. Once they're 4.5 its a whole different beast.
The number of net cords hit was crazy! Great match guys!
Awesome match guys! Very high quality. What a overhead (7:12)... Bravo! I watched it many times ☺
This has to be one of the BEST doubles matches on RUclips. Congratulations all around on such excellent play!
Intense!! Great match!!!
Best I’ve seen you guys play and against the toughest opponent I’ve seen you play.
thanks for posting the match. high quality. so the 4.0 means two players at an average of 4.0 level ?
i would think their double is 4.0 as for their single it may be different

@@LuisP10s that makes sense. Thank you again. great camera angle as well.
These guys aren't no 4.0 players. They are 4.5 players getting bumped down to 4.0 or should be playing 4.5 level.
