Nurturing Ethical Leaders | GIM’s GiveGoa Initiative Focuses on Responsible Management Education

Through the GiveGoa Initiative, students are empowered to become more socially responsible leaders of tomorrow. Meet GIM Student, Pooja R whose team's project focused on the utilization of microcredit by women SHGs (Self Help Groups). By partnering with NABARD, they interviewed over 300 SHGs to understand their financing methods and spread awareness about loan facilities. This initiative not only enriched their academic experience but also brought positive change to the lives of women in Goa, helping them build sustainable, income-generating businesses.
