I got diagnosed with RA four months back. Thankfully I happened to meet a good doctor, who advised me with timely remedies for the complications I had. Like he asked me to visit Physio for controlling pains initially, later I kept exercising to keep the muscles flexible. Detoxing with juices, weekly one vegetable. Hi di nice information muje bhi 7 years se arthritis hai taking medicine but not much relief but diet bht help karti hai.apne healthy diet boli that is very important but one suggestion is that if you try to avoid starch in food it will help you more

Last time 3 years ago when i saw your video i feel very bad but now see your happy face it give me inner happiness iam also suffering this disease like 3 year ago main thing is sleep stress control and forget you have disease so slowly you feel now everything all right Inshallah one day everything will be fine be positive
