My kuvasz was the most wonderful dog, he was bigger than the show ring dogs @ 30” high and 140 lbs was a gentle giant, unfortunately he died in my arms at the age of 10. I still grieve for him 8 years after his death . I miss him so much. I live on 5 acres the need room to run and are very fast😢

Hungary is home to so many good livestock breeds. Kuvasz is best when they work together with one of the smaller Hungarian livestock breeds (Puli, Pumi and Mudi). The strong and powerful Kuvasz is guarding the livestock while the smaller dogs move the livestock. Great video!
