      @@SandeepKumar-gr4um Ho sakta hai ki aapke baat mein sachhai ho. Lekin comment section mein iss recipe ko swayam, Bihar ke logon ne hi swikriti di hai. Ab Isse bada pramaan authenticity ka aur kya chahiye? Kam se kam humey toh nhi chahiye. Hum Sanjyot ke process, recipe se santusht hain. And that is what matters at the end of the day!

    I made this recipe today, didn’t have nutmeg or coriander or patthar ka fool or even a matka, just a regular pot with a lid. This recipe was outstanding ❤. Just a note, on the smallest flame cook it for 2hrs cuz you aren’t cooking it in pressure, also if you need more curry then after 1 hr pour boiling hot water till the level you like. Adjust salt appropriately.

    I made this mutton recipe but due to no availability of earthen handi and coal… I made in cast iron Kadhai by sealing the edges by dough and putting on lowest flame for 1.5 hours and I must say this was the best recipe of mutton I tasted ever…

      same can be made with 95% taste in pressure cooker without whistle . it is much easier to shaker and rotate. If base of cooker is not think put on tawa or similar item and cook

    For a marriage function I had to visit Patna once, their I got the opportunity to eat this Champaran mutton, I can say it is one of the best mutton curry I had ever eaten
    My friend told me that this recipe is from Champaran, a place in Bihar where they cook in mud earthenwares 😋😋😋😋😋

    Bihar is gem of a place for variety of food be it veg or non veg. In Mithlanchal part of bihar, we cook Mutton without onions during Bhoj (fest) many might think it's waste of mutton but believe me you wouldn't have tasted anything like that

    M from Bihar, it looks delicious.. but let me tell you this is not the actual way, mh bda hua hu authentic Champaran Mutton khakr, aur mh ye assure krta hu ki ye jo recipe hai wo Commercial outlet ka hai.. no doubt the recipe u showed to us also taste good.. but man, please come to Champaran if u really wanna taste the beauty of it.
