I made this recipe today, didn’t have nutmeg or coriander or patthar ka fool or even a matka, just a regular pot with a lid. This recipe was outstanding ❤. Just a note, on the smallest flame cook it for 2hrs cuz you aren’t cooking it in pressure, also if you need more curry then after 1 hr pour boiling hot water till the level you like. Adjust salt appropriately.

same can be made with 95% taste in pressure cooker without whistle . it is much easier to shaker and rotate. If base of cooker is not think put on tawa or similar item and cook
