1. Wouldn’t go .. he sounds a knob and there would be too much hassle with parking and access with neighbours. 2. Be £25per fortnightly visit access is good. 3. Be £40 per fortnightly visit … he sounds like a bit of a clown and would need to watch out for Greenfingerer 😂. 4. When they say “ my last gardener” there is usually a reason, on this occasion I imagine they found it a pain in the arse to be restricted to going on a certain day etc and going through the house ! I’d explain that I can’t guarantee to be able to visit on a certain day and that due to poor access etc the price is £80 per visit. If they were happy with that I’d see how it went and if it was a nightmare I would become their “ last gardener”. 5. Initial clearance would be £120 and as the chap seemed open to advice I would suggest a fortnightly visit at £45 ( would have been £40 but he basically called me overweight ). That price factors in parking hassle and steps.
