It's been quite the journey for me these past few years. A lot has happened; close friends and loved ones have left and become distant strangers and in it all, I had to realize one important thing which I would be emphasizing a lot on in this video, and that is "Self love".
I came to realize that self love is one major driving force that keeps me strong and going even when all else seems to fail.
I figured a lot of people have also gone through similar situations and some don't know how to feel or how to deal with it. So I'll be sharing with you the very same tips that helped me get through those tough times and I truly hope they help you heal from every hurt and disappointment you might feel.

Hi Uv, thanks for your videos, have been following them for a while. I spent unforgettable 2 weeks in Cape Verde in 2017. Stayed for few days in Palmarejo area on Santiago island, then also visited Sao Vicente, Fogo, Santo Antao and Sal. Would love to go back one day. And would definitely love to live there. I was wondering have you moved there permanently? And what is the general situation with all the crazy mask wearing enforcements? As it is getting out of hands here in Europe.

The enforcements are crazy here as well, and they hit even harder on supermarkets than many other places.
Before going into a store, one has to wear a mask, wash the hands or use sanitizer which would be given them on entry and maintain a 2metre distance while inside 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Sometimes I feel like a superhero when I have to rush back home after I forgot my mask 🤭😋
@@Uvys_Vlog Is it happening only in Praia or the whole island? I can't imagine that there are any mask wearing enforcements on other islands as there isn't enough police presence.
Here we are supposed to wear masks in public transport. That's compulsory. But as I don't use it then it doesn't matter for me. And as far the shops are concerned there is no law that would require wearing masks, it's recommended, but 80% will wear them.
In other shops they will ask you to sanitize hands, but I ignore it 😂, they can't do anything about it really, and don't think they care. Just a big game if pretending
