I’ve been trying to figure out how to release these right muscles for years. Finally thought to search RUclips. This approach is great!! I don’t have a large softball, so I ended up using a foam roller on top of an inverted recycling bin for the perfect height. I feel so much better, thank you! And I love your video style. The images are so funny, while the content hits the nail in the head.
I guess im asking randomly but does any of you know a tool to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my login password. I would love any tips you can offer me.
Oh man I'm happy to find this video. Didn't have anything but two spaghetti "o" cans to roll under my inner thigh. The extreme pain I get from these cramps is terrible. Thank you for the help!
I used to have a physio like that who had issues ultimately getting me the results I was paying him for to help educate me and fix them. I changed physios. To me it's like a doctor that's weirded out about physiology- it makes no sense. If I'm paying you for your expertise and help, stick your hands where it's necessary- it's better than taking money to not fix a problem. My current physio is older and there's no weirdness- he's on the same page and explains everything, answers questions and communication is good.
Great video... very happy it showed up in my recommended list! I've tried the foam roller with some success but end up hitting the issue you mentioned. My pain seems to be mostly directly at the origin of the adductors, so getting in there isn't easy and I expect going to the therapist could be awkward. The pain is such that I believe it's causing a subconscious hip shift away from the sore side when I am doing back squats. I didn't even know I was doing it until I started videoing my workouts to look for technique issues. Can't wait to try this out later today! I hope I can get my leg up on the bench... or off the bench when I'm done.
How long does it take for the mucscles to loosen up I feel the muscles on both legs inter thigh and its very firm which I feel is causing pain in my hips
how high up can you safely go with this? My inner thigh is crazy tight at the very top inside right next to the groin rather than the main middle area of the leg
Can anyone help with this? I go the gym regularly and I have noticed tightness in my inner groin, when I try get into the middle spit position I can’t go very far, and my inner thigh feels really tight and it pull on my inner knee, I can’t open my legs very far.
I don't kow why, but I feel kind of a pain in the right glute doing this excersice. Hard to explain. What can it be? Joint or muscle problem? How to figure out it?

Finally! I have been experiencing pubic pain for months and couldn't get into the adductors. This is helping so much.

I don’t know if this is good or bad but after I relaxed my muscles and stood up I thoght my thigh was numb that’s how good it felt. Thank you
Makes sense.. I have been trying to do that for a while
This is excellent! Finally somebody doing one of these with the knowledge but also a light heart. You had me at lounging kangaroo LOL

awesome video - thanks! Now if someone can help get relief from 5 months of excruciating pinched nerve L-4 pain, and avoid fusion, would be a miracle.
Amazing
I’m finding it hard to open up my legs sufficiently to get my leg on top of the bench. When I managed the front muscle of the leg started stiffening 😮
200823 💛🧡❤ Just what I need. Thank you..

can I use the floor?
thank you so much.
A chair or table
Four cinder blocks. Stack two on each end and then span with a 2" X 10" X 4' foot long board.

Didn't MC Hammer have a pair of pants like that?
In my 50s...I don't have enough flexibility to do this. Another way?
Might suck at first but do it slow over time you'll be more flexible
