Eh, some parts are easier, some are harder. If you're using an Xbox controller I guess it probably would be easier irl lol. But there's a lot less in the sim to distract you, and a lot less to worry about.

As a DCS player, I am definitely type 1. I already spent 10 minutes cold starting I don't want to spend another 5 on a taxiway

Type one after I check listed thru a 747 cold start then clipped a building using taxi instruction therefore ending my sesh
Multiple times I have cold started an f18 then just became impatient and went full ab and took off from the taxiway.

Love this. Usually I'm always flying like it's real. Until somebody wants to go on TeamSpeak with me and join me. And we both become mostly the big plane on small airport, but kind of all of these.
I feel like the people who play this game realistically either own a simulator setup with a yoke/stick and everything, or they are an actual pilot, or (me) both.

With the Ryanair, you forgot to activate the reverse thrust in midair.
I think I'm closest to 'bad approach'. I can fly a reasonable approach for most of it, but towards the last few hundred feet above the ground things sometimes go to heck and I come down with a bit of a thud!

Throughout the 344 hours I’ve played without any assists except taxi ribbon, mostly use cockpit cam and commonly fly; Icon a5, PA28R, G-44a, TBM 930, and F-14B. I’ve gotten better over time with Takeoffs and landings. Yet there’s so much more to learn and experience. It can be very challenging at first, though once you start to get the hang of it. It’ll feel fun and rewarding.
I tend to fly the Kingair 350i or the TBM-930. I take off, once I have positive climb, I raise the gear, keep flaps in take off position to about 2,000 feet AGL, pull them up and continue the climb and departure turn, before putting her into Autopilot. I also do ILS Landings and unless there's an asobo issue with a misaligned localizer, I let the plane land herself. I've had to do a hands on approach once due to a misaligned localizer. I run no assists other than maybe CoPilot ATC.

Funny thing is it's said they are air corps pilot's who have transitioned to Ryanair and are used to flying smaller aircraft with harder landings so it's just habit at this stage

well for 15 you could have that person that nose dives an airliner to make it supersonic, I do it alot in GeoFS and Infinite Flight

Ryanair is my favorite livery, just so I can be able to excuse my horrible landing skills and keep it immersive.
I'm bad approach mostly, but it's usually that I'm too low or too high and gotta descend quckly

I’m 100% of the impatient taxier. At a long stretch I basically just arm spoilers and max brakes then full throttle until I get to the end. Then pull power back so the plane stops automatically
