This mod working in GTA 3 with some replacement and modification of files from Vice city.
I provide both GTA 3 mods and Vice City, and some mods by me with animation.

the worst thing in gta 3 is we cannot bail out from moving car which annoy most players about that because if the car is burning then we need to complete stop
and the fact that vehicles start burning so fast makes it even worse, definitely the hardest GTA game

Although I already applied some mods for OG III:
-crouch (older one)
-crouch shoot (compatible with heavy weapon sprint mod)
-bail out (older one)
-tire burst
-heavy weapon sprint (I love sprinting with bat)
-passenger (so some traffic cars will have more than one person inside)
-sit in boat (so Claude's legs won't be seen under the vehicle when driving Speeder (boat with a seat), and also Skimmer (VC's seaplane) if you use aircraft mod.
Can you do jetski or amfibia mod ?😊
@@DanielHaduniuk that's using MVL. It worked on original Vice City game. However using MVL on this mod will make the game crash.
I even added VCS Police Bikes to Vice City via MVL.

Gta 3, we can not swim because of oil spill it was canon to the story. The same goes for gta vc because the shark attack is increasing around Vice City

A Standalone Motorcycle Mod for GTA 3!? Is this for real?
Even the developers of the ongoing GTA LC'01 Mod stated that it's impossible to do normally on GTA 3's engine!
Even adding planes were easier, evidenced by the around 10 years old Aircraft Mod!

Should I ever succeed applying the mod, I'd also change their models to LCS ones like I did to LC VC. Just feel weird to see Liberty City using Vice City bikes, especially after I also played LCS a bit and looked at GTA Wiki about bikes information and its picture gallery of how it looks in each GTA game it appears.
Got the models from LCS Big Vehicle Pack and it worked on VC, but not sure if it will also work for OG III.

So I did these steps installing that KSR level 9 files:
-copy all files under GTA 3 folder to my GTA 3 root folder
-replace ped.ifp under anim folder with yours from Anim folder
-copy pcj600.col to models/Coll folder
-use IMGTOOL editor on gta3.img inside model folder, add pcj600.dff and pcj600.txd
-use IFP Editor on ped.ifp to add bikes.ifp
That should do it...but the game still cannot launch. Please tell me which step I did wrong.

Where do you exactly paste files inside Bike with animation folder?
This is based on my wild guess based of my tiny experiences about applying mods.
-pcj600.col > copy to (root folder)\models\Coll
-pcj600.dff > open gta3.img on (root folder)\models with IMG Tool
-pcj600.txd > open gta3.img on (root folder)\models with IMG Tool
-bikes.ifp > copy to (root folder)\anim
And...it doesn't work! My game cannot launch anymore. The problem is I don't know where is my mistakes of applying the mod.
Why I failed??? I really need input on which part I failed.
Urgh...fortunately I made a duplicate of my GTA 3 game before applying your mod, just in case the mod will ruin my game if I fail.

Actually I'm torn between playing OG III and LC VC. Liberty City Beta 4.0 retains Claude's animation, at least when he's standing/idle.
Both games are still in early game doing side missions. Only rampages and paramedic left.
Seems like sprint with heavy weapon mod for VC is not compatible with LC VC. Tried once, but AK-47 became drive-by weapon replacing Uzi and the game will crash if I use AK-47 to auto-aim.
If this newly mod you showed worked to me, I was thinking of going back to OG III. Plus Aircraft mod for OG III is also awesome as nothing is replaced.
VC's swimming mod also won't work. While it work perfectly in OG VC which is "Stories Style Swimming" mod, and it also provided heavy weapon sprint.
I can't even restore the missing gasoline pumps at the gas station in Harwood, which I successfully did in OG III. Although these gasolines always present in LCS.
the menu map is the important thing for mods that mod will help you see where you are going

bro i tried copying dinput 8 but the exe doesnt run at all now. Can you share your full gta3 game folder with these mods in it, please?
if you cannot install then use LC VC full because gta 3 game is playable but when you pause the game it stuck screen.

no replacement it requires mod loaded and silent patch

Where does those bikes spawn?
Same as in LC VC?
For instance bikes spawn spots in Portland in LC VC:
-Faggio: Hepburn Heights park
-PCJ600: next to Banshee inside the car showroom
-Freeway: the park near Callahan Bridge
-Angel: Joe Greasy cafe
-Sanchez: Supasave

can you make a mod to be able to apply normal gta 3 mods to gta 3 vice city engine ? there are many amazing mods out there for the original game and it's really disappointing that the original mods don't work on the vice city version. I know that they use the same engine but I have no Idea about the complexity and the difference between the 2 games engine wise.

I would also love to share with you a remastered version of gta 3 that I personally made using tons and tons of resources and mods that completely overhaul the game, from graphics (added ray tracing, ambient light, antialiasing etc.) to sounds to gameplay, without losing the original aspect of the game... the result is really amazing!!! and the original matrix aspect of the game is preserved and even made better. I would really love to share it with you and maybe you could do some videos about it to showcase it. And I also believe it could be a solid ground for more enhancing mods like added bikes, swimming etc.
If you are interested I'll file you the zip of the game with some instructions on how to make it run perfectly.
