Coming from someone with a clinical doctorate - you’re good. Damn good. And I cannot believe your subscriptions aren’t north of 4mil right now (I mean that as a compliment). THIS should be the content that people watch to help get ahead whether they’re starting out or mid-end career. Too many people are trying to break out of the rat race and don’t know where to start, or even how to start. Hope you get to come to the east coast (VA Beach area cough cough) to give a conference/presentation.
I’m still paying off my lost bit of student loans at 27 yrs old. I’m working a low 6 figure job but still hate it. I can’t wait until I have the money saved to buy a business. So many businesses ignore simple things like having a way to capture leads and bookings outside of standard business hours. Love that you touched on that in this video!
You have buying a business, but then also think about what business you're buying. What sector, service, or products you're getting into. That can also have an effect as to how successful you can be with your business, along with competition, market saturation, and regulations.

I'm not sure what it's called or if there's a term for it, but right towards the end... there is writing on the footpath leading to the front door...such a cost effective idea that just throws positive affirmations at you in such a way, you enjoy it 17:05
If you are conemplating any type of buying a business,...get an exit strategy so that you have a way out also, so many people do this from a weak position and not when they have the ability to make a strong one.

Love this! Starting a business sounds like fun, but after 2-3yrs of start-up phase, you start to feel fatigue because of all of your time and energy to get it up and running. After starting 3 different businesses, I most likely never ever start from scratch again, acquisition is the smart way to go about it and if you think about it, it's more likely going to succeed. I’m 52 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.

Is this only possible in the US? I know that if both sides agree on something and wrtie and sign a contract, then that contract becomes a law, regulating their relationship. You can even go to court and demand the other party to obey the contract and the judge will approve it. But in other countries such "seller financing" may not be possible due to the law regulating seller-buyer relationship over any contracts, i.e. no matter what is written in the contract, if the contract is not in line with the procedures written in the laws and rules then that part of the contract is considered insignificant and unnecessary to do. So how do you document the "seller financing"?

I find it better to work 9-5 and put money into stocks. It does require more capital than owning a business but it is much more easier than operating a business.

For me iv been recently eyeing The Saas businesses, one im currently looking at is SaaS doing 87% profit margin sold at $2.5mil, the other one is a 6year old saas with 42% profit margin at $1.9mil nego at 90% seller finance. It is just right to buy already existing business then scale them up yourself
