I work at a bike shop and this is only 50% true, Sometimes the router is bent and warped, this can come from the manufacturer, Another reason for the squeal is people hold breaks while going downhill, You will not see this problem with hydraulic breaks. You should tell people this. Also, the calipers may not be aligned straight.

I need new discs. I never pick the bike up to bed the brakes. Just go fast and stop faster. Do that a few times. I've got annoying warp and squeaking. Also I don't grease my pads, I'd rather have squeaking instead of dust and debris sticking in the grease.
That’s a motorcycle not an bike and metallic pads squeak until they get really hot. Metallic pads are super common on higher end bikes, also some rotors just squeak. Also ride your bike to burn in your bike its so much easier and it deposits the pad material more evenly.
These are downhill mountain bike brake pads. You definitely need to bed them in as you would any mtb brakes that utilize hydraulic masters and steel discs
