It sure was robbery ! Crazy to see these 2 legends work so well with each other , but it didn’t last at the end they went into the locker room and just started throwing bombs ( punches) at each other and there was no more robbery it was just Frank and Aian Roben !
These two should have won more champions league trophies than the one they won under Jupp Heynckes. They wasted three years under Pep Guardiola who failed in three consecutive years in the Champions league semis after dismantling Heynckes' all conquering treble team of 2013. The funny thing is in all three instances Guardiola fell to the three Spanish teams Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid at semis. They defeated him easily because of his one way tactics. He doesn't know how to change things when his team is losing. There will never be another duo like Robbery. Good luck to them in their future endeavors. They brought joy to us all football lovers.
I don't get how France as a football nation and league 1 in particular when they produce arguably better players than England with 4 world cup finals appearance and two cups. Ribery was an absolute nightmare for opposition when he was fit yet he's not even top 5 all time french. As for 'iron' robben, what a joy was it to see him going down that right wing
