The problem with Romelu and our team in general is he's been generally isolated out front as love striker with little to no support in a very defensive Mourinho setup. You see him play so different in a very attacking Belgium team and he's not the same player albeit with world class players like De Bruyne and Hazard around him, scoring is a piece of cake.
