Hi Carla, I know you started your health journey again and don’t know if you do any body movement. I just discovered a man on RUclips that has a channel for chair exercises. They are usually 15 minutes long and easy on your body. The name of the channel is “More life health seniors”. Good luck with everything. I’m right there with you as I just started back a few days ago after gaining some of the weight I had lost. Here’s to us and our future success with our health journeys!

Glad you had a good time. I would of had a problem standing in that queue with my dodgy ankle! I used to love going to concerts / theatre but now I worry about the seat width / leg room etc. 🤷♀️
