How to make hausa beer/ emuduro

Making ginger beer/ emuduro at home is easy and a little time consuming, which is certainly something I have a lot of right now.
Ingredients:
80g fresh ginger
5g cloves aka p3pr3 or mpragoo amma
2g mmisewa or any dried hot peppers
1/2 cup sugar, or according to your taste
9-10 cups water
