First note, when buying higher rarity from the GRID, you are actually saving gold. It used to be a bit complicated, but since last patch they normalized the behavior and it works always the same. Example, common mini costs 90g, but if you buy uncommon, you actually get 4 stars (1 for common and 3 for upgrade to uncommon) for the price of 3 and also save on upgrade materials in case it was an upgrade for you. Same logic applies to higher rarities. Second note, all minis are available in GRID, except the new season featured mini, that's only available as guild reward, pvp reward and in offers. And will be added to GRID the next season. Third note, unless you are big spender, don't buy offers for new minis. Be patient and unlock them through guild reward, that is easy to do for anyone in an active guild. Fourth note, quest rarity seems to be random, but as uncommon quests have only 30 min expiration, they reroll more often, so when you didn't play for longer time, you more often return to the higher quality quest. Fifth note, I really like Excoundrel, BigMath also good one. I would also suggest MrBrute, DorkyDad or OldGuardian.
As someone who just heard of this game, and am looking to see what it plays like.. It's not so.. Beginner, I still understand, but it's like learning car maintenance before driving. That is all. Good vid tho
Upgrade cores are the thing that limits progression. If you see one in ur shop BUY IT. You will reach. Point where all ur units are green and u have 10 stars but cant upgrade them. Cores>stars

So talents are like lv30 held items? You don't want to put all your item enhancers into Leftovers only to later decide that Scope or Spoon could have been more useful.
My dude… you make a 26min “ultimate beginners guide” and don’t even mention what the game is or how to play the game. Talking about decks and all these systems to someone who’s an absolute beginner doesn’t really land :(. Probably a great video for someone who’s played a bit though 👍
If you've spent 20 mins - 1 hour, you know how the game plays...you don't need someone to tell what how to click on a mini and click on somewhere will deploy it smh
the moment i crossed 1000 honor (maybe 1 hour into the game) i am against enemies with every character with talent. literally every minion and leader have talents. i guess i have to play way more pve...
